Made in the USA, the mix aims to balance bird appeal with budget-friendly value.

What birds will this seed mix attract to my yard?

Wagner's Farmer's Delight is formulated to be versatile for many backyard species. Ground-loving birds will find the cracked corn and milo especially inviting, while sunflower and millet draw in small songbirds and larger seed eaters alike.

• Attracts sparrows, doves, juncos, and towhees with cracked corn and milo
• Sunflower pieces appeal to cardinals, finches, and mixed flocks
• Millet is a favorite of smaller ground and bush feeders
• Works well in mixed-species flocks at platform and ground feedings

How should I feed it and which feeders work best?

This mix performs well in hopper and tube feeders, as well as on platform and ground feeding areas. Remove any wet or caked seed and keep feeders dry to maintain freshness and reduce spoilage.

• Use hopper feeders for slow, sheltered dispensing
• Tube feeders handle the smaller grains while limiting waste
• Platform or tray feeders allow ground-feeding species easy access
• Refresh seed regularly and store bag in a cool, dry place

What are the main ingredients and why do they matter?

The recipe combines common, high-quality grains that are easy for many species to digest and prefer. Each ingredient serves a role: sunflower for energy, millet for small birds, cracked corn for ground feeders, and milo for bulk and attraction.

• Sunflower pieces offer high oil content for energy
• Millet attracts smaller perching and ground birds
• Cracked corn draws ground-feeding species and larger birds
• Milo adds weight and texture to the mix for broad appeal

Is this mix a good value and where is it made?
