Uniflasy Gas Burner Attachment for 12" Pizza Ovens — Fits Karu 12/Karu 12G, Fast Propane Heat, Includes Hose & Screws

The Uniflasy Gas Burner Attachment converts compatible 12" multi-fuel pizza ovens to a reliable propane heat source for faster, more consistent high-heat cooking.

Swap wood for gas when you want speed, repeatable temperatures and less hands-on fire management. This gas burner kit is engineered to fit Karu 12 and Karu 12G ovens, works with Fyra 12 when used alongside a propane conversion kit, and also fits many 12" Bighorn Outdoors pizza ovens. The set arrives with the burner, a propane connection hose and two self-tapping screws for a straightforward install—note the product is designed for use with the oven door removed and the chimney in place.

How quickly will this attachment heat a pizza oven?

The Uniflasy gas burner brings ovens to very high temperatures faster than wood alone, allowing you to approach stone-baking heat in a fraction of the time. Users can expect rapid roof and stone heating and a more even top heat that improves browning.

• Typical warm-up: up to about 950°F (510°C) in roughly 25 minutes under normal conditions.
• Flame coverage designed to reach the oven roof for uniform top heat.
• Stone warms faster for reduced total cook time per pizza.

Will this fit my Karu 12, Fyra 12 or Bighorn 12" oven?

The burner was made to be compatible with several popular 12" multi-fuel ovens when installed as directed. It directly fits Karu 12 and Karu 12G models; Fyra 12 compatibility requires the Fyra propane conversion kit, and it also fits many Bighorn 12" ovens that accept similar attachments.

• Includes one gas burner, one propane hose with valve, and two self-tapping screws.
• Only use with the oven door removed and the chimney installed, per design limits.
• Double-check your oven’s adapter interfaces before purchase for best fit.

How easy is installation and daily use?

Installation is designed to be simple and tool-minimal: attach the burner using the supplied screws then connect the hose and regulator to a propane source. Operating guidance highlights slow valve opening and a controlled turn-and-press ignition routine to ensure safe, reliable lighting.

• Fast install: two self-tapping screws secure the burner to the oven body.
• Start-up: open propane slowly, push and slowly turn the control knob, hold after ignition for safety.
• Temperature control is intuitive, letting you adjust flame intensity during cooking for even crust and topping results.

What if the burner fails to ignite?

Basic troubleshooting focuses on the igniter, battery and wiring before assuming a mechanical fault. Most ignition problems are resolved by checking power and connections, then inspecting the spark path for damage or loose contacts.

• Check that the igniter battery is correctly installed and has adequate charge.
• Test the igniter terminal for a visible spark; replace igniter if there’s no spark present.
• Inspect and secure ignition wiring; replace damaged sections to prevent spark loss.

Who is this for: The Uniflasy Gas Burner Attachment is aimed at home cooks and backyard chefs who own a compatible 12" multi-fuel pizza oven and want faster, steadier high heat without constant wood tending. It’s ideal for those who value quick start-up, consistent top heat for even browning, and the flexibility to switch between wood or gas depending on the occasion.
