• Compatible with Intex models: 28000E, 28335EH, 28337EH, 28341WA, 28345WA, 28365EH, 28375EH, 28395EH.

How durable and flexible is the replacement hose?

The PROSOCOOL skimmer hose uses spiral wound construction to balance strength and flex; it resists kinking while allowing easy routing between skimmer and pump. Smooth-cut ends provide a snug fit against clamps and connectors, reducing the risk of leaks.

• Made from tough plastic designed for above-ground pool conditions.
• Spiral-wound design improves flexibility and prevents collapse.
• Smooth hose ends simplify clamp installation and sealing.

When should I replace my skimmer hose?

Replace the hose if you notice visible cracking, persistent leaks, or if the hose is deforming by expanding or shrinking—these signs indicate compromised performance. A fresh hose helps your filtration system maintain proper flow and skimming efficiency.

• Replace on visible cracks or punctures.
• Replace when hose walls are soft, bulging, or compressed.
• Regularly inspect at the start of each season for wear.

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation is straightforward: slip the hose ends onto the skimmer and pump fittings and secure with clamps. The hose’s standard diameter and length make it a convenient swap-in replacement without special tools.

• Quick, no-specialized-tool installation—just clamps and a screwdriver.
• Works with standard skimmer and pump connectors used on compatible Intex models.
• Store indoors during winter to extend service life when not in use.
