IGEYAPA Mini ATS 2P 63A AC110V DIN-Rail Automatic/Manual Transfer Switch with 0.05s Switching

IGEYAPA Mini ATS is a compact two-pole automatic/manual transfer switch that swaps between two AC power sources in about 0.05 seconds to keep critical circuits powered.

This DIN-rail mountable 2P 63A ATS is designed for small residential and light-commercial installations where rapid, reliable changeover between mains and backup power is needed. It supports automatic and manual operation modes, includes over/under-voltage thresholds for AC110V systems, and fits standard PZ30 distribution boxes. Built from PA6 flame-retardant material and rated for 50/60Hz, it offers a straightforward way to create an uninterruptible power path for sensitive loads such as routers, security systems, or small server racks.

How does the IGEYAPA Mini ATS switch between power sources?

The switch monitors the primary supply and, if it drops outside preset voltage limits, transfers load to the backup source within approximately 0.05 seconds. When the primary supply returns to normal, it will automatically return the load to that source.

• Automatic monitoring of both inputs with visual status LEDs (green for primary, red for backup).
• Switching time ≈ 0.05 seconds to reduce interruption risk for critical devices.
• Auto-return to primary once voltage recovers within configured thresholds.
• DIN rail form factor for tidy integration into distribution boxes.

What operating modes are available and how do they work?

The ATS provides two primary modes: Automatic and Manual. In Automatic mode the unit detects a loss or out-of-range voltage and handles switching without user action; Manual mode lets an operator select the desired source by moving the handle.

• Automatic mode: left switch to "Auto," right handle in position I; green LED shows primary healthy.
• Manual mode: left switch to "Manual" and move handle to select source I or II for maintenance or testing.
• Clear LED indicators make it easy to verify which source is active at a glance.

What voltage protection and ratings should I be aware of?

This model is tuned for AC110V systems and offers over-voltage and under-voltage thresholds to avoid switching on damaged or unstable feeds. Choose an ATS variant that matches your working voltage and current needs to ensure proper protection.

• Working current range supported: 6A–63A; this unit is 63A rated for heavier loads.
• Undervoltage: trip at ~85V, recovery at ~95V; overvoltage: trip at ~145V, recovery at ~130V (±5V).
• Compatible with 50/60Hz dual power systems, including mains and generator/inverter outputs.

How easy is installation and what materials are used?

The ATS is built for track mounting in standard PZ30 distribution boxes and uses robust PA6 housing. Physical installation is straightforward for electricians familiar with DIN-rail devices; wiring follows typical two-source ATS conventions.

• DIN-rail mountable, sized for PZ30 distribution panels for compact setups.
• PA6 flame-retardant enclosure with 94V-2 rating for insulation and thermal durability.
• Clear mechanical handles and labeled terminals simplify wiring and operation.

Who is this for: The IGEYAPA Mini ATS 2P 63A AC110V is aimed at homeowners, small business operators, and facility managers who need quick automatic or manual switching between two AC sources to protect critical equipment from outages. It’s a good fit for backup-generator setups, inverter-mains configurations, small data or telecom cabinets, security and surveillance power circuits, and any indoor installation requiring reliable, fast transfer with simple DIN-rail mounting and clear status indication.
