ETZ Heavy Duty Porch Swing Hanging Chain Kit — 2-Pack Silver, 1500 lb Rated, Rustproof Y-Chain

ETZ Heavy Duty Porch Swing Hanging Chain Kit is a rustproof, whisper‑quiet Y‑chain assembly set designed to securely suspend swings, hammocks, and fitness gear with a 1500 lb rated strength.

This two‑pack hardware kit from ETZ supplies a complete Y‑shaped hanging solution for porches, patios, trees, and indoor beams. Built from galvanized steel with precision debarring and a zinc finish, the components are made to resist corrosion while minimizing friction noise. The set bundles long and short chain legs, M5 quick links, and preconfigured lengths so you can install faster and adjust for balance and height without scavenging extra parts.

How strong and safe is the chain kit for heavy swings?

The assembly is engineered to handle heavy loads: it has a working load of 881 lbs per assembly and a breaking strength up to 2204 lbs, giving a high safety margin for most residential and light commercial uses. ETZ uses a specialized debarring process to improve link performance and reduce stress risers that can weaken ordinary chain.

• Working load: 881 lbs per Y assembly
• Breaking strength: 2204 lbs per assembly
• Specialized debarring for doubled load-bearing reliability
• Precision-forged links to reduce weak points

Will the kit stand up to outdoor weather and prevent rust?

Yes — every piece is zinc plated and made from high‑hardness galvanized steel to resist corrosion and surface degradation. The finish helps maintain structural integrity and appearance after repeated exposure to rain, sun, and seasonal changes.

• Zinc plated for rust resistance
• Galvanized high‑hardness steel construction
• Precision finish to slow metal fatigue
• Suitable for covered porches, open decks, and tree mounts

How does the kit keep swinging quiet and smooth?

Links and contact surfaces are polished and deburred to reduce friction noise and eliminate burr‑induced squeaks. This silent‑swing design makes it appropriate for front porches, nurseries, yoga spaces, or any setting where low noise is preferred.

• All links deburred and smoothed
• Reduced metal‑on‑metal friction for quieter motion
• Polished surfaces resist catching and rubbing
• Ideal for noise‑sensitive environments

What comes in the box and how adjustable is the setup?

The kit contains two Y‑chain assemblies and four M5 quick links in a preconfigured 7.1 ft setup. Each assembly includes one long chain (56.5 in) and one short chain (28.9 in), letting you fine‑tune height and tilt without extra tools or hardware.

• Two Y assemblies per pack
• Long chain: 56.5 inches; short chain: 28.9 inches
• Four M5 quick links for fast attachment and adjustment
• Plug‑and‑play configuration for rafters, beams, or tree branches
