BougeRV Solar Panel T-Slot Mounting Kit for T-Track Crossbars — Steel, 100–200W Ready

BougeRV's T-slot solar panel mounting kit secures 100–200W solar panels to vehicle crossbars that have T-track channels, giving a robust, road-ready rooftop attachment.

For vanlifers, overlanders, and weekend campers who want a dependable way to mount medium-sized solar panels, this kit fits crossbars with T-shaped tracks and supplies everything needed to attach panels without drilling into the roof. Built from steel with anti-vibration testing and protective rubber pads, the system balances strength and surface protection so panels stay put during travel.

Will this mounting kit work with my roof rack crossbars?

The BougeRV kit is built exclusively for crossbars that feature a T-slot or T-track channel. It includes M6 T-bolts engineered to slide into most T-shaped tracks, but you should check dimensions and available channel length before buying.

• Compatible with many T-track crossbars using the included M6 T-bolts.
• Confirm the distance between installed brackets does not exceed your crossbar's T-slot length.
• Not intended for non-T-slot or round-bar racks without adapters.

How much weight and what panel sizes can this hold?

This heavy-duty version is made from steel and tested under repeated vibration to ensure the panel remains secure on the road. It is designed to support common 100W to 200W flat solar panels used on vehicles and RV roofs.

• Suitable for most 100W, 180W, and 200W panels.
• Steel construction offers durable load-bearing and wind resistance.
• Shock-absorbing rubber pads reduce movement and protect the panel and rack surface.

How easy is installation and what hardware is included?

Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic hand tools. The package arrives with pre-set T-bolts attached to the mounting brackets and includes additional hardware and tools to finish the build.

• Includes four mounting brackets with pre-installed M6 T-bolts.
• Comes with two self-tapping screws for DIY panel attachment, two Allen keys, and one wrench.
• Rubber pads are provided to protect the mounting surface and increase grip.

How does it perform in rough conditions and while driving?

The mounts have been tested for endurance and vibration to simulate road use, helping ensure the panel stays attached through bumpy roads and variable weather. Protective pads and tight hardware minimize rattling and wear on rack surfaces.

• Steel construction tested with extended vibration cycles for reliable retention.
• Rubber shock-absorbers cushion impacts and prevent scratches.
• Designed to maintain stability in transit and during outdoor use.

Who is this for: The BougeRV T-slot solar panel mounting kit is aimed at travelers and outdoor enthusiasts who have T-track crossbars on their vehicle and want a sturdy, no-drill solution for mounting medium-sized solar panels. It fits those who need a durable bracket system that protects rack surfaces, supports common 100–200W panels, and comes with the necessary hardware and tools for a quick install. If your crossbars do not include a T-slot channel, consider compatible adapters or a different mounting solution.
