Berrihop 20 Inch Bird Seed Catcher Tray for 1" Pole — Mesh Catcher, Drainable & Adjustable Height

The Berrihop 20 Inch Bird Seed Catcher Tray is a pole-mounted mesh platform with a 1" center hole that captures dropped seeds and shells beneath your feeder.

If you use a pole-mounted bird feeder, spilled seed and discarded husks can quickly accumulate under the feeding station. This Berrihop tray is built to slip around a 1" pole and form a broad, breathable catching area so waste is contained, birds can still feed, and cleanup is minimized. Lightweight yet sturdy, the tray blends into garden settings and drains naturally after rain.

How does the tray attach to a 1" feeder pole?

The tray fits around a standard 1" pole using a centered hole and secures with a supplied pole hook and four hanging cords. No tools are required and you can change the height quickly to suit your feeder.

• Center hole sized for 1" poles for a snug fit
• Pole hook clips onto the pole for stable suspension
• Four corded attachment points keep the tray level
• Adjustable hanging length to position under various feeder types

Will the tray handle rain and drainage?

The bottom is made from fine fiberglass mesh so water flows through while seeds remain contained. Quick drainage reduces soggy buildup and helps any collected seed dry between showers.

• Breathable mesh lets water pass and air circulate
• Designed to prevent puddling and mold-prone seed piles
• Mesh doubles as a simple perch surface for ground-feeding birds

How much area does the tray cover and what does it catch?

With a 20" diameter and 4" deep sides, the tray creates a substantial capture zone beneath feeders so spilled grain, shells, and husks are contained instead of scattering across lawn or patio.

• 20" wide surface for broad coverage under many feeder styles
• 4" depth helps keep debris from blowing out of the tray
• Collects shells and uneaten seed that birds may return to later

Is the tray durable and easy to maintain?

Built with weather-resistant fiberglass mesh and a supporting steel wire frame, the tray is lightweight and holds up to outdoor exposure. Routine rinsing clears seed dust and makes seasonal cleaning straightforward.

• Fiberglass mesh resists rot and mildew better than some fabrics
• Steel wire rim keeps the shape stable over time
• Muting green edge and gray mesh reduce visual impact in yards
• Simple wipe or rinse maintenance—no disassembly required
