Zangc 35mm Solar Panel Drainage Clamp 20PCS Black – ABS UV-Resistant, IP65 Waterproof Snap-On

Zangc 35mm Solar Panel Cleaning Drainage Clamp is a 20-piece set of ABS+UV, snap-on waterproof frame clamps designed to channel water away from rooftop photovoltaic panels and simplify outdoor maintenance.

Keep solar module edges clear of standing water, grime and corrosion with a purpose-built drainage clip that snaps onto the panel frame. These clamps are molded from UV-resistant ABS, engineered for outdoor exposure from -30°C to 80°C, and deliver IP65-level water protection while speeding up cleaning and rainwater runoff. The pack of 20 covers multiple panels or a larger array so you can outfit a typical household roof installation.

How do these clamps improve rooftop solar maintenance?

The drainage clamps create a controlled channel along the panel edge so rain and wash water evacuate quickly instead of pooling. Faster drainage reduces dirt buildup at the frame and minimizes long-term wear from trapped moisture.

• 35mm widened drainage channel to guide water away from panel edge
• Snap-on buckle for tool-free installation and removal
• Reduces cleaning frequency by limiting sediment and standing water

Will these clamps hold up in harsh outdoor conditions?

Zangc built the clamps with weather-resistant materials and an IP65-level sealing approach so they resist sun, rain and temperature swings. The ABS+UV compound tolerates extended UV exposure and extreme temperatures without becoming brittle or corroded.

• Material: ABS with UV anti-aging formulation
• Temperature resistance: -30°C to 80°C for year-round durability
• IP65-level protection to withstand heavy rain and wind-driven spray

How easy is installation and removal on standard photovoltaic frames?

The patented snap-on design lets the clamp grip the panel frame edge firmly yet remain removable for servicing. No special tools are required; align the clip, press to engage the buckle and it locks into place for a secure fit.

• Patented snap-on buckle for quick, tool-free mounting
• Closes tightly to the frame edge to maintain drainage and weather protection
• Designed for common frame profiles used in rooftop PV arrays

How many clamps do I need and what does this 20-piece pack cover?

This set includes 20 black drainage clips, suitable for outfitting several panels or a larger section of an array. Use spacing according to your roof layout and panel length—more clamps improve continuous drainage and reduce localized pooling.

• Pack size: 20 clamps for multiple panels or a 10+ m² installation
• Black finish to blend with common frame colors
• Ideal for residential and small commercial rooftop arrays

Who this is for: Installers, maintenance technicians and homeowners with rooftop photovoltaic systems who want a low-effort, durable solution to manage water runoff and reduce edge corrosion risk. The Zangc drainage clamps suit routine cleaning operations, new panel installations, and retrofit projects where improved drainage and weather sealing at the frame edge are desired.
