Wilder Games XL Ice Bath Tub — 86‑Gallon Triple‑Insulated Cold Plunge for Full‑Body Recovery (Deep, Portable, Lid & Drain)

The Wilder XL Ice Bath is a portable, triple‑insulated 86‑gallon cold plunge tub built to fit most adults and preserve cold for effective at‑home cold water therapy sessions.

Designed for athletes, biohackers, and anyone seeking a structured cold exposure routine, this freestanding ice bath combines a roomy interior with durable, insulated walls and a protective lid. It arrives ready to assemble and includes a drain/faucet and a repair kit so you can use it indoors, outdoors, or while traveling. The design prioritizes full‑body coverage and efficient temperature retention so shorter cooling sessions remain impactful.

How does the Wilder XL Ice Bath stay cold for longer?

The tub uses triple‑layer insulation and a snug lid to slow heat gain and keep water near your target temperature between fills. Thicker walls reduce cooling time when you add ice or attach a chiller, and the lid limits evaporation and solar warming during outdoor use.

• Triple‑insulated shell minimizes heat transfer.
• Protective lid reduces temperature loss and evaporation.
• Insulated walls speed cooldown when using ice or a chiller.

Will it fit my height and how much water does it hold?

The Wilder XL is engineered to accommodate most adults up to approximately 6'7" thanks to its deep, elongated interior. It holds about 86 gallons (326 liters), giving ample room for full‑body immersion without feeling cramped.

• Capacity: 86 gallons / 326 liters.
• Designed for users up to about 6'7" for full submersion.
• Spacious layout to allow comfortable shoulder and neck coverage.

How easy is setup, transport, and maintenance?

Assembly is straightforward and requires no permanent installation; the tub is lightweight for its size and can be disassembled for transport or storage. A threaded drain and included faucet make emptying fast, while the supplied repair patches handle minor punctures without professional service.

• Quick assembly/disassembly for portable use.
• Included drain/faucet speeds water removal.
• Repair kit with patches for field repairs.

What accessories and components are included?

The Wilder XL arrives with the primary tub, a protective lid, a faucet and drain assembly, plus repair patches. Other optional items—such as external chillers, steps, or covers—can be added separately to customize your setup.

• 1x ice bath tub and 1x protective lid.
• Faucet and drain pipe included for easy drainage.
• Repair patches included for emergency fixes.

Who is this for? The Wilder XL Ice Bath suits athletes seeking post‑training protocols, people building a cold exposure habit, and anyone wanting a robust, portable cold plunge without permanent installation.
