Vtenyeo IBC Tote Hose Adapter for 275–330 gal Totes — 3/4" GHT Garden Hose Connector with Heavy-Duty Ball Valve, Cam-Lock Seal

Vtenyeo's IBC Tote Hose Adapter converts 275–330 gallon IBC tote outlets with a grooved valve into a 3/4" GHT garden-hose-ready connection and adds a heavy-duty shut-off ball valve for easy flow control.

If you need a durable, leak-resistant way to draw water or liquids from a standard IBC tote into a garden hose, this adapter simplifies the job. It threads onto IBC tote valves that feature a groove, uses a cam-style quick coupler that locks into place, and provides a full-bore 3/4" garden hose thread plus an integrated shut-off ball valve. Built from rugged polypropylene with a large rubber gasket and sealing tape included, it’s designed to resist wear, acids, and rust for reliable outdoor and agricultural use.

How do I install the adapter on my IBC tote?

Installation is straightforward when your tote has the required grooved handheld valve. Fit the quick coupler onto the grooved adapter, then rotate the aluminum cam levers to lock it firmly behind the valve threads. Finally screw the included 3/4" ball valve onto the coupler for hose connections.

• Confirm your IBC valve has a groove matching the cam lock—see product images for guidance.
• Attach the quick coupler assembly and align the aluminum levers into the groove.
• Screw on the 3/4" GHT heavy-duty plastic ball valve and test by opening and closing the handle.
• Use supplied Teflon sealing tape and the large rubber gasket for a watertight seal.

Will this prevent leaks and how durable is it?

The adapter includes a large rubber gasket, cam lock fixing kit, and threaded sealing tape to create a double-layer barrier against leaks. The body is molded from high-grade polypropylene that withstands abrasion, resists corrosion, and tolerates mild acids better than brass in many water applications.

• Large rubber gasket compresses to seal uneven valve faces.
• Cam lock lever system clamps tightly to grooved IBC valves for secure engagement.
• Polypropylene construction minimizes rust and long-term wear outdoors.
• Thread sealing tape included for extra leak protection at threaded joints.

What hose sizes and flow control options does it offer?

The adapter converts the IBC tote outlet to a standard 3/4" GHT thread, letting you attach garden hoses, reels, or quick-connect fittings. The included full-bore ball valve gives high flow capacity and simple on/off control at the outlet without needing an additional inline valve.

• 3/4" GHT threading fits common garden hoses and accessories.
• Full-bore ball valve reduces pressure drop for efficient flow.
• Ball valve handle provides quick open/close operation for frequent use.
• Compatible with downstream fittings for irrigation, washing, or transfer tasks.

What if my IBC valve does not have the groove?

If your IBC tote’s handheld valve lacks the groove shown in the reference image, this coupler cannot lock into place by itself. In that case you’ll need a separate adapter or a different quick-connect solution to bridge the valve design to this cam-style coupler.

• Compare your valve to the reference picture before ordering.
• No groove means purchase of an additional adapter is required.
• Contact Vtenyeo support for recommended compatible adapters or alternatives.

Who is this for? The Vtenyeo IBC Tote Hose Adapter is aimed at gardeners, small-scale farmers, landscapers, and anyone using 275–330 gallon IBC totes who wants a robust, leak-resistant way to connect a garden hose and control flow directly at the tote. It’s ideal for outdoor water distribution, container irrigation, and bulk liquid dispensing where durability and a tight seal matter. If your tote valve matches the grooved style shown, this adapter offers a compact, all-in-one hose connection and shut-off solution that minimizes extra parts and simplifies setup.
