Velqya’s 5-foot rideable lighted swinging ghost is a weather-resistant Halloween ornament that doubles as a functional swing and includes 26 LEDs, a witch hat, and a 13-foot adjustable hanging rope.

This oversized swinging ghost was built to be a striking focal point for Halloween displays and a handy backyard swing for year-round fun. Constructed with reinforced ropes, a sturdy swing board, and vintage patchwork fabric, the piece is designed for simple assembly and flexible placement on porches, trees, or party venues. The integrated LED strip with eight lighting modes and a remote-controlled timer adds nighttime impact while the removable ghost cover turns the accessory into a standard swing when the season is over.

How does the lighted ghost create a standout Halloween display?

The ghost is five feet long and fitted with 26 LED beads that provide visible illumination from dusk onward. Lighting modes include steady glow, slow fade, and twinkle, so you can tune the effect for subtle ambiance or dramatic flair. A remote with a 6-hour on/18-hour off timer simplifies nightly operation.

• 26 LED beads along the swing for even illumination
• 8 lighting modes: steady, fade, twinkle, flash, and more
• Remote control with 6hr on / 18hr off auto timer

Is this ghost actually usable as a swing and how strong is it?

Yes — the ghost conceals a real swing board reinforced to support at least 140 lbs, so it functions as a practical outdoor seat. The ghost cover is removable, letting you convert the piece into a standard swing for everyday use beyond Halloween. Thick ropes and a sturdy seat design are intended to handle normal outdoor use when properly installed.

• Sturdy swing board tested for 140+ lbs capacity
• Reinforced ropes and secure hanging hardware included
• Removable ghost fabric for all-season swing use

What materials and weather resistance does the decor use?

The outer ghost uses premium vintage-style patchwork fabric designed for decorative outdoor use and the swing board is made from durable material to resist normal exposure. While not indestructible in extreme weather, the combination of quality fabric, reinforced ropes, and a rugged seat makes it suitable for porch, tree, or backyard display during Halloween seasons. Store indoors in prolonged storms to prolong life.

• Weather-resistant patchwork fabric for authentic retro look
• Thick, reinforced hanging ropes for durability
• Recommended indoor storage during heavy rain or winter storms

How easy is the setup and where can I hang it?

Assembly is designed to be quick and straightforward, with clear step-by-step instructions allowing most users to finish in about ten minutes without special tools. The included 13-foot adjustable rope provides flexibility to hang from high porch ceilings, sturdy tree branches, pergolas, or play structures. Check mounting points and weight capacity before installation to ensure safety.
