Utheer Grill Replacement Parts for Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Combo 3-Burner — Stainless Burners & Porcelain Heat Plates

Utheer replacement parts restore performance to Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Combo 3-Burner Charcoal/Gas Smoker by providing a full set of durable burner tubes, porcelain-steel heat plates, and adjustable crossover tubes.

If your Longhorn Combo smoker is showing uneven heat, rusted burners, or worn heat shields, this Utheer parts kit is designed to bring it back to reliable cooking. The set replaces the gas burner tubes, heat plates (flavorizer bars), and crossover tubes found in many Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Triple-Function Combo models, using thicker stainless steel and porcelain-coated steel where it matters for longevity and easier cleaning.

What does this replacement kit include and why does each part matter?

The kit is comprehensive to cover common failure points in the Longhorn Combo design. Replacing the visible and hidden components at once helps restore even flame distribution, protect grates from grease flames, and simplify maintenance.

• Three stainless steel burner tubes—ensure stable gas flow and uniform flame across the cooking area.
• Three porcelain-coated steel heat plates—catch drips, vaporize juices for flavor, and simplify scrubbing.
• Two adjustable crossover tubes—link burners so heat spreads across the full grate when needed.

How do these parts improve heat distribution and cooking consistency?

The burner tubes have an engineered hole pattern that encourages smooth gas flow and consistent flame spread instead of concentrated hot spots. Even heating across the grill keeps food cooking at a predictable rate and helps avoid sections that overcook or undercook.

• Precisely placed burner ports promote balanced flames across the grate.
• Adjustable crossover tubes equalize pressure between burners for steadier temperatures.
• Heat plates diffuse direct flame and convert drippings into roast-enhancing smoke.

Are these parts durable and easy to maintain?

Utheer uses heavier-gauge stainless steel for burner and crossover tubes to resist rust and fatigue, while the heat plates are porcelain-coated steel for easier cleanup and longer life than bare metal. That combination reduces the frequency of replacement and keeps ongoing maintenance simple.

• Stainless steel burners resist corrosion and maintain shape under heat.
• Porcelain steel heat plates wipe and brush clean more readily than untreated metal.
• Parts are dimensioned to match common Oklahoma Joe Longhorn variants for straightforward replacement.

How simple is installation and which models are compatible?

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with basic grill maintenance—remove the old tubes and plates, slide in the replacements, and reconnect as required. The kit is designed to fit Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Triple-Function Combo grills and compatible part numbers listed for cross-reference.

• Direct-fit for many Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Combo models and referenced part numbers.
• No special tools required beyond common wrenches and screwdrivers.
• Includes multiple pieces so you can replace several worn parts in one service session.
