UNCO Large Grill Basket 13.6" x 12" Stainless Steel Wok-Style Grill Basket — Perforated for Even Heat and Smoke

The UNCO Large Grill Basket is a heavy-duty stainless steel wok-style tray designed to hold vegetables, seafood, and small meats securely on the grill while letting smoke and heat circulate evenly.

Whether you’re grilling on a gas, charcoal, or pellet grill, this 12" x 13.5" UNCO grill basket gives you a roomy, perforated surface that keeps small or delicate foods from falling through the grates while still allowing that sought-after smoky flavor. Built for frequent outdoor use, the stainless steel construction resists warping at high temperatures and cleans up quickly after service.

How does the perforated design affect cooking results?

The pattern of holes lets flames, smoke, and hot air reach the food for a better char and authentic grill taste while preventing tiny pieces from dropping into the coals. Airflow speeds up searing and helps moisture escape so vegetables and seafood develop a light, roasted exterior without steaming.

• Even heat distribution for consistent browning
• Prevents food from falling between grates
• Large perforations for smoke infusion, small enough to hold diced items

Will this basket fit my grill and how much can it hold?

The UNCO large grill basket measures roughly 12" x 13.5" (listed as 13.6" x 12"), making it compatible with most standard full-size grills and easy to rotate or position over a single large cooking zone. Its shallow, wok-like shape provides enough surface area for family-sized portions of vegetables, shrimp, scallops, or bite-sized meat.

• Outside footprint fits common grill interiors and flat-top surfaces
• Roomy cooking area suitable for 3–6 servings per load depending on food type
• Handles allow safe movement without lifting the full cooking surface

How durable and easy to maintain is the stainless steel construction?

Made from quality stainless steel, this grill wok resists high-heat damage and holds its shape through repeated use. The non-coated metal surface simplifies clean-up—burn off leftover bits over heat, then wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher for faster care.

• High-temperature stainless steel resists warping and corrosion
• Simple cleaning: scrape, soak briefly, then scrub or dishwasher-safe
• Uncoated finish avoids peeling or flaking that nonstick coatings can develop

How do the handles improve safety and convenience?

Sturdy handles on both sides give a secure grip when moving the basket on and off the grill or repositioning it while cooking. They reduce the need to lift the entire basket by its edge, minimizing spills and accidental contact with hot grates.

• Dual-side handles for balanced lifting and steady transport
• Wide enough for tongs or a heat-resistant glove to grip comfortably
• Designed to keep hands farther from direct heat during adjustments

Who is this for? Home grillers who want a reliable, versatile accessory for roasting vegetables, seafood, and small cuts of meat will appreciate the UNCO Large Grill Basket. It’s especially helpful for people who cook for groups and need a durable, easy-to-clean tray that boosts grill flavor without letting food fall through. If you want to broaden your outdoor-cooking options beyond whole steaks and burgers—adding delicate or diced ingredients to the rotation—this stainless steel wok-style basket simplifies the process and keeps results consistent.
