U.S. Pool Supply Leaf Skimmer Net for Pool, Spa & Hot Tub — 17" Handheld + 48" Extendable Pole, Ultra-Fine Mesh

The U.S. Pool Supply Leaf Skimmer Net is a lightweight, extendable pool and spa skimmer that quickly removes leaves and fine debris using an ultra-fine 7" deep mesh and adjustable pole lengths.

This versatile skimmer is designed for everyday pool, spa, pond, and hot tub maintenance. It ships with a compact 17" screw-on handheld aluminum pole and a multi-section 48" pole that joins to reach up to 58" overall, letting you switch between a short hand net and a longer reach tool. The durable plastic frame is pool-safe and the ultra-fine mesh traps both large leaves and small floating particles without snagging liners.

How easy is it to change between handheld and long-reach modes?

Switching lengths is simple: attach the 17" pole for immediate handheld use, or connect the five-section 48" pole to extend reach. The pole sections screw together securely and the net accepts either pole for a firm connection.

• Quick screw-on attachment for both 17" and modular 48" poles
• Adjustable from 27" (handheld) up to 58" full length
• Lightweight aluminum poles for easy handling and transport

Will the skimmer capture fine debris as well as leaves?

Yes. The net uses a 7" deep ultra-fine mesh that holds fine particles as well as large debris. Its depth gives extra holding capacity so you can scoop more in each pass without losing trapped material while maneuvering.

• Ultra-fine mesh catches small floating particles and pollen
• 7" deep basket increases volume capacity and reduces trips
• Mesh holds debris securely while moving across the water surface

Is the frame and net safe for pool liners and surfaces?

The skimmer frame is made from durable, smooth plastic designed to avoid scratching liners and finished surfaces. The lightweight materials and rounded edges reduce the risk of damage compared with metal frames or brittle plastics.

• Plastic frame prevents marring of pool liners and spa edges
• Rounded rim and secure mesh attachment minimize snagging
• Built to withstand repeated outdoor use and pool chemicals

What features make this tool practical for different water settings?

This skimmer adapts to multiple environments — small pools, above-ground pools, spas, hot tubs, and ponds — thanks to its variable length and compact handheld option. The combination of portability, fine mesh, and solid pole connections makes it a good day-to-day maintenance tool.

• Portable 17" handheld pole for spas and hot tubs
• Extendable up to 58" for larger pools and ponds
• Effective on both large debris and fine particulates

Who is this for: Homeowners who maintain their own pools, spa or hot tub and want an affordable, easy-to-use skimmer that handles both heavy leaf loads and fine surface debris. It suits users who need a compact hand skimmer for tight spaces plus an extendable pole for reaching farther without renting specialized equipment or scheduling professional service technicians.
