Tool Daily Chemical Injector Set for Pressure Washer — Fits 190593GS/190635GS/203640GS, 2-pack with Brass Barbs & O-rings

Tool Daily Compatible Chemical Injector Set for Pressure Washer is a direct-replacement soap injector kit designed to restore chemical feed on compatible pressure-washer pumps.

When a pressure washer stops drawing detergent or the injector becomes corroded, clogged, or worn, this replacement kit gives you the parts to get chemical feed working again without replacing the entire pump. The set is made to match pumps with part numbers 190593GS, 190635GS, and 203640GS and includes brass barbs, check balls, springs, and O-rings so you can swap worn components quickly.

How do I know this injector fits my pressure washer?

Check the stamp or documentation on your pump for the part number — this Tool Daily set is compatible with pumps labeled 190593GS, 190635GS, and 203640GS. The inlet/outlet thread is 1/8"-27 male BSP, so verify the thread type and size on your machine before ordering.

• Compatible pump part numbers: 190593GS, 190635GS, 203640GS
• Thread size/type: 1/8" - 27 male BSP
• Compare physical injector shape to existing unit for confirmation

What comes in the replacement kit and why each part matters?

The package includes two complete chemical injector sets so you can repair two machines or keep a spare on hand. Each set contains brass barbs for secure hose connection, a check valve ball and spring to control one-way flow, and O-rings to seal the injector and prevent leaks.

• 2 brass barbs — durable hose fittings for detergent tubing
• 2 check valve balls — prevent backflow and maintain suction
• 2 springs — ensure proper tension against the check ball
• 4 O-rings — replace worn seals and stop seepage

How do I replace the chemical injector step-by-step?

Replacing the injector is straightforward and can be done with basic hand tools. Disconnect the soap hose, remove the old injector with a 13mm wrench, clean the receptacle, assemble the new parts (ball, spring, O-ring), and tighten the injector into place without overtightening.

• Follow the soap hose to the injector and remove the hose
• Use a 13mm wrench to unscrew the old injector and clean the cavity
• Install O-ring, place ball bearing, then spring (small end against ball), insert injector
• Tighten with a 13mm wrench—secure but do not overtighten to avoid damage

When should I replace the injector instead of cleaning it?

Replace the injector if parts are pitted, cracked, permanently clogged by hard-water deposits, or if the O-ring and check components no longer seat properly. Cleaning may restore a mildly clogged unit, but this kit is the right choice when components show wear or corrosion that cleaning won't fix.

• Replace when ball, spring, or injector body are rusted or deformed
• Swap parts if O-rings are brittle, torn, or misshapen
• Choose replacement over cleaning when repeated clogs occur
