TIQUKDELY Heavy Duty Fence Spikes, 74in Anti-Climb Metal Strip — Galvanized & Black Powder-Coated

TIQUKDELY Heavy Duty Metal Fence Spikes are a 74-inch-long, hot-dipped galvanized and powder-coated anti-climb strip designed to deter intruders and animals when mounted on fences, walls, gates, or roofs.

These security spikes combine robust steel construction with a low-profile black finish to offer long-lasting perimeter protection for residential, commercial, and public properties. Built from hot-dipped galvanized sheets and finished with a black powder coating, the TIQUKDELY spikes resist rust and stand up to weather while blending unobtrusively with common fence and wall materials. The product ships as modular strips that are simple to attach using the included screws, or can be welded or nailed for a more permanent installation.

How do these spikes improve perimeter security?

The spikes create a physical barrier along the top edge of fences and walls that discourages climbing and crossing. Their pointed profile and continuous coverage make it difficult for intruders or opportunistic animals to get a secure foothold, reducing chances of unauthorized access.

• 74-inch length covers broad sections without frequent seams
• Sharp, angled points hinder grip and footholds
• Continuous strip design reduces gaps that could be exploited
• Black finish keeps a discreet visual profile while adding protection

What materials and finishes are used, and how durable are they?

Each strip is manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel to resist corrosion and then finished with a black powder coat for added weather protection and a uniform appearance. These treatments significantly slow rust and surface deterioration compared with untreated metal.

• Hot-dipped galvanization for corrosion resistance
• Black powder coating for UV and abrasion protection
• Metal construction designed for long outdoor service life
• Suitable for coastal and inland weather with routine inspection

How easy is installation and what mounting options exist?

Installation is straightforward: position the strip on top of the fence, wall, or gate and secure with the provided screws into the existing frame. For masonry or non-standard materials, you can also weld, nail, or use masonry anchors; professional installation is optional when fastening to difficult surfaces.

• Comes with mounting screws for wood and metal frames
• Compatible with welding or nailing for permanent attachment
• Can be fixed to roofs, gates, fences, and walls of varying heights
• Modular length allows trimming or joining multiple strips

Will these spikes affect my property's appearance or maintenance?

The low-profile black finish is designed to blend with common fencing and roofing materials, preserving a tidy look while adding protection. Occasional visual inspection and basic cleaning will keep the finish looking good; if scratches occur, touch-up paint can prolong appearance and protection.

• Black powder coat minimizes visual impact on most fences
• Easy to clean with water and mild detergent
• Touch-up paint can address scratches to maintain rust resistance
• Periodic checks ensure screws remain tight and secure
