Sprinkland's 1/2" drip tube faucet adapter lets you attach half-inch drip irrigation tubing directly to any standard 3/4" garden hose or outdoor faucet for a secure, leak-resistant water feed.

For gardeners and landscapers who use 1/2" poly drip tubing, this compact adapter provides a quick, tool-free way to join drip lines to common garden hose fittings, hose bibs, or timers. Manufactured in the USA, the adapter includes a swivel nut with a pre-installed rubber washer to form a watertight connection and is built to be removed and reinstalled seasonally or when you change your irrigation layout.

How do I install the Sprinkland faucet adapter?

Installation is straightforward: push your 1/2" drip tubing onto the barbed end and then twist the 3/4" FHT swivel nut onto your faucet, hose bib, or timer. No special tools are required, and the factory-installed rubber washer helps prevent leaks right away.

• Push tubing onto barbed fitting until fully seated
• Hand-tighten the 3/4" swivel nut to the faucet or timer
• Rubber washer provides immediate watertight seal
• No clamps or tools typically needed for standard poly tubing

Which tubing sizes and brands will this adapter fit?

This adapter is designed for common 1/2" drip irrigation tubing with inside diameters from .590" to .630", including the popular .600" ID × .700" OD specification. It is compatible with many mainstream drip product lines, but always measure your tubing to confirm the fit.

• Fits .590"–.630" inside diameter drip tubing
• Compatible with tubing from Rain Bird, Orbit, DIG, Hunter, Toro, and similar brands
• Not intended for flat drip tape or tubing outside the specified ID range
• Check manufacturer specs when mixing brands or older tubing

Will the adapter leak, and can I use it seasonally?

The threaded 3/4" FHT swivel connection plus the included rubber washer minimize leaks when properly installed. The adapter is designed for easy removal and reinstallation, making it convenient for winterizing, repairs, or layout changes without damaging tubing.

• Pre-installed rubber washer creates a watertight connection
• Swivel nut allows attachment before or after tubing installation
• Easily removed for seasonal storage or reconfiguration
• Inspect washer periodically and replace if worn

Who is this for? If you run a home garden, container irrigation, raised-bed watering system, or a small landscape drip network and use 1/2" poly drip tubing, this Sprinkland adapter gives you a reliable, tool-free way to connect to standard 3/4" garden hose faucets, timers, or hose bibs. It’s especially useful for DIY installers, landscapers needing quick temporary hookups, and anyone who wants a removable, leak-resistant transition between a faucet and drip tubing. Note: not for drip tape or tubing outside the specified ID range; verify tubing dimensions prior to purchase.
