SIMPSON MorFlex 25ft 5/16" Pressure Washer Hose — 3700 PSI, M22 Fittings, Polyurethane Jacket

SIMSPON MorFlex 25ft 5/16" pressure washer hose delivers a flexible, kink-resistant connection rated to 3700 PSI with M22 threaded fittings and a non-marring polyurethane jacket.

This MorFlex replacement hose from SIMPSON is designed as a direct swap or extension for most gas and electric pressure washers. Built with a lightweight polyester braid and a polyurethane outer jacket, it balances maneuverability and durability. The hose accepts standard M22 connections, includes a 14/15mm threaded adapter, and tolerates cold-water applications up to 140°F. It’s intended for homeowners and professionals who need a reliable, abrasion-resistant hose for cleaning decks, driveways, vehicles, and siding.

How does this hose stay flexible and resist kinks during use?

The MorFlex compound and polyester braid construction prioritize flexibility while maintaining pressure tolerance. This combination minimizes memory and kinking so the hose moves smoothly around corners and obstacles. Four-inch bend protectors at each end reduce stress where fittings meet the hose, extending service life.

• MorFlex material for high flexibility
• Lightweight polyester braid core for strength and handling
• Integrated 4-inch bend protectors at both ends

Will it connect to my existing pressure washer and accessories?

The hose uses industry-standard M22 threaded fittings with a dual O-ring design that accommodates common 14mm and 15mm connections. It ships with a 14/15mm threaded hose connector so you can use it as a direct replacement or add it as an extension to your current hose. Compatible with many Simpson models and the majority of gas and electric washers on the market.

• M22 threaded fittings with dual O-rings for secure seals
• Includes 14/15mm threaded connector adapter
• Fits most gas and electric pressure washers (check model compatibility)

What durability features protect the hose during heavy or abrasive tasks?

The outer polyurethane jacket resists abrasion and avoids marring surfaces during operation. It wipes clean easily after use, and the lightweight braid helps prevent internal wear from repeated flexing. The overall assembly is rated to 3700 PSI, suitable for demanding residential and many commercial cleaning jobs when used with cold water up to 140°F.

• Polyurethane outer jacket — abrasion-resistant and non-marring
• High-pressure rating: up to 3700 PSI
• Easy-to-clean exterior and robust internal braid

How should I use and store the MorFlex hose to maximize life?

Use the hose within its temperature and pressure limits, avoiding hot-water applications above 140°F. Rinse and drain the hose after each use, keep it off sharp edges, and store it coiled without tight bends. Proper handling reduces wear at the fittings and helps maintain the dual O-ring seals.

• Operate with cold water up to 140°F and under 3700 PSI
• Drain and wipe clean after each use to prevent buildup
• Store coiled, away from direct sunlight and sharp objects

Who is this for: The SIMPSON MorFlex 25ft, 5/16" hose is aimed at homeowners and light-commercial users who need a durable, flexible replacement or extension hose for pressure washing tasks. It’s a good match for people cleaning vehicles, patios, siding, and driveways who want an easy-to-handle hose with reliable M22 connections and a non-marring jacket. If you require hot-water service above 140°F or a specialty high-temperature hose, consider hoses rated specifically for those conditions.
