Seatern Watering Wand for Garden Hose 17.5 Inch, 8 Spray Patterns, Thumb Flow Control & 180° Pivot

The Seatern 17.5-inch watering wand is a lightweight garden hose attachment that reaches high or deep plants, offering eight spray settings, thumb-operated flow control, and a 180° pivoting head for precise, comfortable watering.

Whether you care for hanging baskets, window boxes, or dense shrubbery, this wand extends your reach and gives you a range of spray patterns to match the job. Built from a mix of zinc alloy, aluminum, TPR and reinforced plastics, the wand balances durability with ease of use. It connects to standard 3/4" GHT hoses using a built-in rubber gasket and comes with extra washers for long-lasting, leak-free operation.

How does the wand help reach hanging baskets and tall plants?

The 17.5-inch aluminum shaft adds reach so you can water overhead pots and the back of shrub rows without a ladder or straining. A 180° pivoting head lets you angle water precisely where it’s needed, minimizing wasted spray and wet foliage.

• 17.5" length for elevated or recessed containers
• Pivoting head rotates up to 180° for angled watering
• Light 11 oz weight reduces arm fatigue during extended use

Which spray patterns are included and when would I use them?

Eight selectable patterns cover gentle misting for seedlings to a focused jet for cleaning patios or rinsing tools. Switching patterns is quick, so you can move from delicate plant care to heavier rinse tasks without changing attachments.

• Shower and Mist for delicate flowers and seedlings
• Flat, Cone, and Center for even coverage of shrub borders
• Full, Flood, and Jet for watering large beds or cleaning surfaces

Is the wand easy and comfortable to operate for long sessions?

The thumb-operated flow control removes the need to squeeze a trigger, offering smoother modulation of water without repetitive hand strain. The TPR handle is shaped for grip and comfort, while the lightweight construction keeps the wand manageable during long watering chores.

• Thumb valve for simple on/off and flow adjustment
• Ergonomic TPR handle reduces slipping and discomfort
• Balanced materials keep overall weight low at about 11 oz

Will this fit my hose and leak reliably?

The wand is designed to attach to any standard 3/4" garden hose thread (GHT) and includes a factory-installed rubber gasket to form a tight seal. Two replacement rubber washers are supplied in the package so you can maintain a leak-free connection over time.

• Fits universal 3/4" GHT hoses for easy compatibility
• Built-in rubber gasket prevents drips at the connection
• Two spare washers included for quick maintenance

Who is this for? The Seatern 17.5-inch watering wand suits home gardeners who need extra reach and versatility without sacrificing control. It’s useful for balcony and patio gardeners with hanging baskets, landscapers tending layered beds and shrubs, and anyone who prefers a thumb-controlled wand for longer watering sessions. If you want a durable, easy-to-handle hose accessory that switches between gentle plant care and heavier rinsing tasks, this wand covers both needs neatly.
