Scrub Daddy BBQ Daddy Grill Brush Head Refill — Bristle-Free ArmorTec Steel Mesh with Built-In Scraper

Scrub Daddy BBQ Daddy Grill Brush Head Refill is a bristle-free, steam-activated ArmorTec steel mesh replacement head that scrubs cooked-on residue while its integrated scraper and FlexTexture core give control on hot grates.

This replacement head refreshes your Scrub Daddy BBQ Daddy grill brush without loose bristles, using heat and water to amplify cleaning power. Built from heat-resistant steel mesh and a responsive FlexTexture core, the refill is designed to soften on hot surfaces yet remain firm when cool so you can remove grease and char more effectively. The pop-in design makes it simple to swap heads between grilling sessions, and the built-in scraper reaches between grates for targeted leverage.

How does the bristle-free ArmorTec mesh clean stubborn grill grime?

The ArmorTec steel mesh uses flexible stainless fibers to break up carbonized food and baked-on grease without shedding bristles. The mesh grips and lifts residue while resisting high heat, maintaining performance through repeated uses.

• Flexible stainless fibers that scour without releasing bristles
• Heat-resistant mesh tolerates hot grates for steam-assisted cleaning
• Engineered surface profile for scraping and lifting stuck-on debris

What role does steam and the FlexTexture core play in cleaning?

Steam from hot grates and a damp brush activates deeper cleaning by softening the mesh and loosening grime. The FlexTexture core changes firmness with temperature—firmer in cool water for scrub control, softer with steam for conforming to curved grate surfaces.

• Steam-activated action helps penetrate and loosen burnt-on residue
• Temperature-responsive core provides control or conformity when needed
• Works best on warm grates for improved cleaning efficiency

How does the built-in grill scraper improve reach and leverage?

The refill includes an integrated scraper shaped to access tight spaces between grates and pockets where char hides. A rotating stabilizing knob locks the scraper for steady leverage, allowing focused pressure without slipping.

• Shaped scraper edge reaches between bars and into corners
• Stabilizing knob rotates to lock scraper position for better control
• Flip-to-use design for quick transitions between scrubbing and scraping

How easy is it to maintain and replace this refill?

Swapping the refill is designed to be quick: remove the old head, rinse the mesh, and press the new head into place. The steel mesh rinses clean of grease and debris and holds up to multiple cleaning cycles, extending the life of your grill brush handle.

• Simple remove, rinse, and reinstall process
• Durable construction resists rapid wear from heat and abrasion
• One-count replacement head keeps your grill brush ready season after season
