Sadoia Extendable Pool Skimmer Pole — 21–63 in Stainless Steel with Rubber Hook

Sadoia's extendable pool skimmer hook pole is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant tool that extends from 21 to 63 inches to lift skimmer baskets, lids, and pool items without bending or getting wet.

Keep routine pool maintenance simple and safe with a purpose-built pole that combines a U-shaped rubber-wrapped hook, four twist-lock sections, and stainless-steel construction. Designed to resist pool chemicals and outdoor exposure, this tool is compact when collapsed for easy storage and long enough when extended to reach deep skimmer wells or retrieve toys and hoses from the water.

How does this pole make skimmer basket removal easier?

The hooked end slips under standard skimmer basket handles so you can lift straight up without reaching into murky water or kneeling at the pool edge. The rubber-wrapped hook improves grip on wet plastic, and the pole’s rigidity prevents bending under load. Four twist-lock sections let you dial-in the ideal working length for your pool.

• U-shaped rubber-wrapped hook fits most skimmer basket handles
• Extends to 63 inches to reach deep or recessed skimmers
• Twist-lock sections lock securely for stable lifting
• Lightweight stainless-steel frame reduces arm strain

Will this pole resist pool chemicals and outdoor wear?

This pole is built from corrosion-resistant metal and finished to tolerate routine exposure to chlorinated or saltwater environments. The materials and coatings slow oxidation and pitting so the tool remains functional season after season. Rubber components are selected for outdoor durability but should be rinsed after heavy chemical contact to prolong life.

• Stainless-steel components for chemical resistance
• Protective finishes to limit rust and corrosion
• Rubber grip designed for wet, outdoor use
• Recommended: rinse and dry after heavy chemical exposure

Can it be used for other pool tasks besides skimmer cleaning?

Yes—the hooked pole is a versatile helper for many pool chores. Use it to pull down pool covers, retrieve floating toys, guide vacuum hoses, or lift light equipment. The secure hook and sturdy pole let you manipulate items from the deck with more control and less strain.

• Retrieve toys, floats, and vacuum hoses without entering the water
• Lift skimmer lids and secure baskets easily
• Pull down shades, blinds, or collect floating debris
• Works for both in-ground and above-ground pools

How compact is it for storage and how do you adjust the length?

The pole collapses to a compact length for tidy storage in a garage or pool shed. Adjust the extension by twisting the locking collars between sections—turn clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to release. A quick screw-on installation secures the hook to the pole so it’s ready for immediate use.

• Collapses down for space-saving storage
• Four twist-lock sections for incremental length control
• Simple screw-on hook assembly for fast setup
• Lightweight design keeps handling effortless

Who is this for: Pool owners, property managers, and caregivers who want a safe, back-friendly way to maintain skimmers and retrieve items from water will benefit most. It’s especially useful for older adults, pool service pros, or anyone who prefers not to reach into skimmer wells. Compact, rust-resistant construction makes it a practical addition to every pool maintenance kit.
