Roundup Sprayer Repair Kit 181538 — Universal Gaskets, O-rings & Adjustable Nozzle

The Roundup 181538 Sprayer Parts Repair Kit is a universal gasket, O-ring and nozzle set designed to restore pressure and spray control on handheld Roundup and compatible Ortho compression sprayers.

When a handheld compression sprayer starts to leak or loses pressure, replacing worn seals and the nozzle usually gets it working again. This repair kit bundles the common pump gaskets and O-rings plus an adjustable poly nozzle so you can fix most issues without buying a new sprayer. It’s assembled to fit the Roundup family and several Fountainhead Group-branded sprayers including Ortho, Grab and Go, Lawn and Garden, Farm and Garden, and Home and Garden.

What parts are included and why they matter?

The kit contains two sets of pump gaskets and O-rings, an extra wand O-ring, and one poly adjustable nozzle. These components address the typical wear points that cause leaks, loss of pressure, or an irregular spray pattern.

• Two pump gasket/O-ring sets — replace both sides of the pump assembly for a reliable seal
• Wand O-ring — restores a watertight connection between wand and hose
• Poly adjustable nozzle — allows switching from a focused stream to a wide cone pattern
• Universal sizing — made to fit the handheld Roundup and compatible Fountainhead Group sprayers

How easy is it to install the replacement parts?

Installation is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools; most users can complete it in 10–20 minutes. The gaskets and O-rings slide into the pump and wand connections, while the nozzle screws onto the wand tip and adjusts by twisting.

• No specialized tools needed — screwdriver or pliers may help for stubborn parts
• Step-by-step: depressurize, disassemble pump/wand, swap seals, reassemble and test
• Quick troubleshooting: re-seat O-rings and ensure nozzle threads are clean

Will this kit fit my sprayer model?

This repair set is designed to match the compression-style handheld sprayers sold under Roundup and several Fountainhead Group brands. It covers the common pump and wand dimensions used across those product lines, making it a practical universal kit for many models.

• Compatible brands: Roundup, Ortho, Grab and Go, Lawn and Garden, Farm and Garden, Home and Garden
• Fits compression handheld sprayers — check pump and wand shape against images
• If in doubt, compare existing gaskets/O-rings to kit parts before installation

How does the adjustable nozzle change spray performance?

The included poly adjustable nozzle gives you control over spray shape and coverage. By twisting the nozzle you can concentrate the spray into a precision stream for spot treatments or widen it into a cone for broader coverage.

• Stream setting for targeted application and reach
• Cone setting for even coverage on larger areas
• Durable poly construction resists common garden chemicals

Who this is for: The Roundup 181538 Sprayer Parts Repair Kit is ideal for homeowners, landscapers, and gardeners who own a handheld compression sprayer from Roundup or related Fountainhead Group brands and want a cost-effective repair option. If your sprayer leaks, loses pressure, or the nozzle no longer provides the spray patterns you need, this kit supplies the core seals and a replacement nozzle to get the unit functioning again without replacing the entire sprayer.
