RAINPOINT 2-Way Metal Garden Hose Splitter, Green — Heavy‑Duty 100% Metal Body with Extra‑Long 1.9" Handles and Shutoff Valves

RAINPOINT Garden Hose Splitter is a heavy-duty 2-way metal Y spigot with individual shutoff valves, designed to split one outdoor faucet into two full-flow water lines with durable metal construction and easy-turn handles.

If you need a reliable outdoor faucet splitter for hoses, irrigation, or quick-connect accessories, this RAINPOINT 2-way metal hose bib delivers a weatherproof, leak-resistant solution. Built from a 100% metal body wrapped in TPR rubber with precision-machined threads and stainless-steel internals, it’s engineered to handle high pressures and frequent use while maintaining strong water flow.

How does this splitter keep water pressure high when running two hoses?

The RAINPOINT splitter uses a full-port metal ball valve and generous outlet diameters to minimize pressure loss when both outlets are open. The internal 0.42" ball and 1.04" outlet passages are sized and tested to preserve flow so you can run sprinklers or washers without throttling.

• Full-port metal ball valve for minimal flow restriction
• 0.42" ball valve and 1.04" outlet diameter deliver tested 30 GPM at 200 PSI
• Precision machining reduces turbulence and pressure drop

Is this splitter durable enough for outdoor use and heavy duty tasks?

The entire body is made of metal and wrapped in TPR rubber to resist wear from weather and handling. The stainless-steel ball valve withstands high pressure and is rated for more than 50,000 on/off cycles, providing long-lasting performance compared with plastic alternatives.

• 100% heavy-duty metal body with TPR rubber coating for weather resistance
• Stainless-steel ball valve rated up to 200 PSI and 50,000+ cycles
• Anti-twist locking threads endure up to 1,500 lb pull force

Will the valves be easy to operate, even with gloves or stiff hands?

Yes. Each shutoff features an extra-long 1.9" metal handle shaped with an ergonomic arc to increase finger leverage by roughly 50%, making it easier to turn under load or when wearing gloves. The smooth metal mechanism gives a quick, positive open/close feel.

• 1.9" extra-long metal handles with ergonomic arc design for easier grip
• Smooth operation reduces torque needed to turn valves
• Metal handles resist bending or breaking compared to plastic levers

How leak-resistant and compatible is the RAINPOINT splitter?

Precision-machined 3/4" GHT threads and a polished mating surface minimize leaks and support quick-connect compatibility with standard garden hoses and irrigation fittings. The anti-twist thread design helps retain connections under tension, and the full-metal construction resists thread damage over time.

• ¾" GHT standard threads for wide accessory compatibility
• Ultra-smooth thread surfaces and tight tolerances reduce leaks
• Anti-twist locking threads withstand 1,500 lb pulling force

Who is this for: The RAINPOINT Garden Hose Splitter suits homeowners, landscapers, and anyone who frequently runs multiple hoses or irrigation lines from one outdoor faucet. It’s ideal for gardens, car washing, pressure tools, and RV hookups where durability, high flow, and dependable shutoff control matter.
