Push Industries FlexiSpout pool cover pump nozzle — 25ft discharge, cold-resistant, tool-free install

FlexiSpout is a heavy-duty, patent-pending pump nozzle that replaces brittle plastic fittings to deliver a secure, tool-free connection and a 25-foot discharge for pool cover pumps.

Designed by Push Industries for pool owners who need reliability through seasons and weather, the FlexiSpout solves the common failure points found in ABS nozzles. It stays aligned under load, resists cold-induced cracking and UV damage, and installs in seconds with a hand-tighten clamp. Built to handle real-world rough use, FlexiSpout aims to reduce yearly replacements and simplify water management around your covered pool.

How does FlexiSpout prevent cracking and tipping?

FlexiSpout uses a reinforced, long-lasting construction that resists brittleness in freezing temperatures and remains stable when tightened. Unlike standard ABS pieces that can deform or snap, this nozzle holds its shape and resists tipping so hoses stay directed away from the pool edge.

• Patent-pending heavy-duty design keeps nozzle aligned under pressure
• Cold-resistant materials reduce crack risk in freezing weather
• Sturdy enough to serve as a handle for pulling or twisting

Will it fit my pump and hose without tools?

Yes — FlexiSpout is made for universal compatibility with standard pool cover pumps that have a horizontal outlet and works best with pumps rated around 1800 GPH or higher. The included clamp fastens by hand, so you can attach or remove it without screwdrivers or pliers.

• Universal fit for standard horizontal outlet pool cover pumps
• Tool-free installation with simple hand-tighten clamp
• Leak-resistant connection when properly seated and clamped

How far does the nozzle discharge water and what does that do for my deck?

FlexiSpout directs water up to 25 feet away from the pool cover, helping keep the cover, deck, and pool perimeter drier and safer. By moving discharge farther from the pool, you reduce puddling, ice formation, and tripping hazards near the cover area.

• 25-foot maximum discharge capacity depending on pump power
• Reduces localized puddles and ice buildup near the pool cover
• Improves safety by keeping walkways and cover edges clearer

Is this nozzle durable enough to be worth the higher price?

FlexiSpout is intended as a long-term replacement for fragile ABS nozzles, so the upfront cost is offset by fewer replacements and less downtime. It’s engineered for heavy handling, accidental drops, and seasonal stresses, making it a better investment for homeowners who want dependable performance year after year.

• Built to withstand drops, cold snaps, and rough handling
• UV-stable materials resist sun degradation over time
• Designed to be the last nozzle you’ll need to buy

Who is this for: FlexiSpout is ideal for residential pool owners, maintenance professionals, and property managers who use pool cover pumps and want a reliable, low-maintenance discharge solution. If you’re tired of replacing cracked ABS nozzles, need a tool-free swap, or want to move water safely away from cover edges and walkways—this nozzle was built for you.
