Probios Oral Probiotic Gel for Goats 30 g Tube — Enterococcus faecium, prebiotic syringe for digestive support

Probios Oral Probiotic Gel for Goats is a ready-to-use 30 g syringe containing Enterococcus faecium and ADEPPT prebiotic technology formulated to support digestive balance in goats of all ages.

This shelf-stable oral gel is crafted specifically for the ruminant digestive system and comes in a marked syringe for precise dosing. With 10 million CFU/g of Enterococcus faecium, the formula is designed for routine gut support during kidding, transport, weaning, and other stress events. No refrigeration is needed, and the palatable gel can be given directly or mixed with feed for reluctant animals.

How do I dose Probios Oral Probiotic Gel for different goats?

Dosing is simple thanks to the pre-filled 30 g syringe with clear markings. Standard adult does receive 5 g per dose, while newborn kids are given 2.5 g; adjust frequency according to your herd health plan and veterinarian guidance.

• Adult goats: 5 g per administration
• Newborn kids: 2.5 g per administration
• Pregnant or lactating does: use as part of routine care, follow timing advice
• Multiple doses per tube: one syringe supplies several treatments for small herds

When should I use this probiotic gel on my farm?

Apply the gel during periods when gut microbial balance is most vulnerable: kidding, transport, dietary changes, weaning, or after antibiotic courses. It can be used preventively before stressful events or as a short-term support while you monitor recovery.

• Kidding season: include in newborn and postpartum routines
• Transport and shows: give before and after to reduce stress-related disruptions
• Diet changes: administer during feed transitions to help stabilize microbes
• Antibiotic use: support microbial recolonization following treatment

What makes the formula suitable for goats versus generic livestock probiotics?

Probios is formulated for goat digestive physiology, using a potent Enterococcus faecium strain paired with ADEPPT prebiotic technology to encourage beneficial microbes. The gel texture and taste are optimized for oral acceptance in ruminants, and the syringe format removes the need for mixing or refrigeration.

• Enterococcus faecium at 10 million CFU/g tailored for ruminants
• ADEPPT prebiotic blend supports beneficial bacteria growth
• Palatable gel for direct dosing or feed mixing
• Syringe with dosage marks for accurate, easy administration

How should I store and handle the Probios gel?

The product is shelf-stable and may be stored at room temperature, making it practical for barn or travel kits. Keep the cap on when not in use, follow labeled expiration guidance, and dispose of empty syringes responsibly.

• No refrigeration required; store in a cool, dry place
• Use the syringe markings to avoid over- or under-dosing
• Seal after use and record date opened for herd management
• Follow local disposal rules for empty medical syringes
