Perfect Stix semi-pointed corn dog sticks 8.5" x 3/16" Pack of 125 — hardwood skewers, sturdy for frying and candy apples

Perfect Stix semi-pointed corn dog sticks are 8.5-inch, 3/16-inch wooden skewers sold in a pack of 125 for reliable, food-safe corndog and candy-apple use.

These skewers are designed to balance strength, food safety and ease of use for home cooks, concession stands and catering. Made from smooth, semi-pointed hardwood, each stick slides into batter or fruit without splitting and supports handheld treats without bending. The 8.5-inch length gives ample handle while keeping most fried or coated foods stable and easy to eat.

How do these sticks perform for corndogs and deep-frying?

The semi-pointed tip helps you pierce hot dogs and other fillings cleanly without cracking the skewer, while the 3/16" thickness provides a sturdy core that resists bending during frying. Their length keeps hands away from hot oil and batter for safer handling.

• Semi-pointed tip for easy insertion
• 3/16" diameter for reduced bending
• 8.5" length to keep hands clear of oil
• Uniform size for consistent frying results

Can I use these sticks for candy apples, pops, or other treats?

Yes—the sticks are versatile enough for candy apples, chocolate-dipped fruit, marshmallow pops and more. The smooth wood surface won't impart flavors, and the semi-pointed end penetrates fruit skins or confections without splintering.

• Works with candy apples, dipped fruit, and cake pops
• Smooth finish minimizes splintering
• Sturdy core supports heavier toppings
• Food-safe material suitable for direct contact

What quantity and packaging do I get, and why does it matter?

This listing includes 125 sticks—an amount chosen for small events, food stands or home use without excessive storage. Having a larger pack reduces the need for frequent reordering while still being manageable in a kitchen drawer or back-of-house supply shelf.

• Pack of 125 for repeated use or events
• Compact box for easy storage
• Quantity suitable for small catering or family gatherings
• Individual uniform sticks minimize waste

How should I store and handle these wooden skewers safely?

Keep skewers dry and in a cool place to prevent warping or mold; avoid prolonged exposure to humidity. When inserting into food, use steady pressure and avoid forcing the tip to reduce the chance of splintering, and dispose of used sticks responsibly.

• Store in a dry, cool cupboard
• Avoid wet storage to prevent swelling
• Insert with steady pressure to prevent breakage
• Dispose after single use for hygiene
