ooni Wire Brush & Scraper for Pizza Stone – Short Handle Bamboo Cleaner with Stainless Steel Bristles

The Ooni Wire Brush & Scraper is a compact two-in-one cleaner built to reach every corner of Ooni pizza stones and remove ash, flour and stubborn burnt-on bits with minimal effort.

Keep your outdoor oven and pizza stone ready for the next bake with a purpose-designed tool. This short-handle brush and scraper combines semi-flexible stainless steel bristles with a tough stainless steel scraper on the opposite side, fitted to the shape and size of Ooni ovens. Crafted from durable bamboo with a blackened finish, it balances durability, storage convenience and effective cleaning without introducing harsh chemicals or oversized tools into your cooking routine.

How does this brush reach all parts of an Ooni pizza stone?

The tool’s head and short handle are dimensioned specifically to access all four corners of common Ooni ovens. Its profile lets you sweep across the entire stone surface while the compact handle keeps control close to the edge for targeted cleaning.

• Short handle for precise control inside oven cavities
• Head shaped to match Ooni oven openings and corners
• Bristles flex to follow slight stone contours
• Lightweight design reduces wrist strain during cleaning

What cleaning jobs can the bristles and scraper handle?

The two-in-one design separates tasks cleanly: semi-flexible stainless steel bristles loosen ash, excess flour and light debris, while the stainless scraper tackles burnt-on crust spots and sticky residues. Use the bristles to sweep away loose particles, then flip to the scraper for tougher, adhered bits.

• Bristles remove ash, flour dust and loose crumbs
• Scraper clears hardened cheese or carbonized drips
• Brush side prevents grinding debris deeper into stone pores
• Scraper angle reduces the need for excessive pressure

How durable and easy to store is this cleaner?

Built with a robust bamboo handle and stainless steel working ends, the brush is made to withstand repeated use around high-heat outdoor ovens. A hang hole at the handle end lets you store it on a hook or Ooni table hook, keeping it accessible while freeing counter or cupboard space.

• Bamboo handle with blackened finish for protection and style
• Stainless steel bristles and scraper resist corrosion
• Compact footprint fits kitchen drawers and grill tool racks
• Includes a two-year warranty (one year plus one year after registration)

Can I use this tool on grills or other outdoor cooking surfaces?

Yes — while optimized for Ooni pizza stones, the brush and scraper are suitable for many grill and stone-cleaning tasks. Its shape and materials are versatile enough for cast-iron grills, baking stones and other flat cooking surfaces, though care is recommended on delicate nonstick finishes.

• Effective on stone, ceramic and cast-iron surfaces
• Avoid abrasive use on coated nonstick cookware
• Great for routine maintenance between cooks
• Hand-clean the brush after heavy use to maintain bristle performance

If you want a compact, oven-specific cleaning tool that removes ash and baked-on debris quickly without bulky hardware or harsh chemicals, this is a practical, long-lasting choice.
