Onlyfire Chef Cast Iron Griddle 23" x 16" Pre-Seasoned - Heavy-Duty, High Sidewalls for Grease Control

The Onlyfire Pre-Seasoned Universal Cast Iron Cooking Griddle is a heavy-duty 23" x 16" non-stick cast-iron surface built for indoor and outdoor cooking, with high sidewalls to contain grease and a roomy plancha for feeding large groups.

Bring backyard barbecue flavor indoors or expand your camp-cooking toolkit with a single durable griddle. This 23" by 16" pre-seasoned cast-iron griddle fits most 4-burner ranges and many grills, offering an even-heating, non-stick surface that resists warping. High sidewalls prevent grease spills and flare-ups, and built-in side handles make it easy to move from stovetop to grill or table.

How does the griddle manage grease and reduce smoke?

The Onlyfire griddle features extra-high perimeter walls that trap oil and prevent it from dripping onto burners or coals. That containment lowers flare-up risk and keeps smoke to a minimum, producing cleaner, more controlled cooking.

• Raised sidewalls reduce splatter and contain juices.
• Flat cooking plane channels fats away from direct flames.
• Pre-seasoned surface limits sticking and smoke from burnt food residues.

What sizes and foods can I cook on this 23" x 16" griddle?

With a 23" × 16" footprint you get a large continuous cooking area ideal for family meals and gatherings. Use it for breakfast spreads, multiple burgers, seafood, vegetables, or large sandwiches without crowding, so everything cooks evenly and at the same time.

• Plenty of room for pancakes, bacon, and eggs simultaneously.
• Grill multiple burgers, sausages, and vegetables on one surface.
• Accommodates pans and pots when used on standard 4-burner ranges or grills.

How durable and maintenance-friendly is this cast-iron griddle?

Cast iron is prized for longevity, even heat retention, and high-heat searing—this griddle is no exception. It arrives pre-seasoned for a protective cooking layer, and with routine care (wiping, occasional re-seasoning), it can last for decades.

• Solid cast-iron construction resists warping and heavy use.
• Pre-seasoned finish reduces sticking from the first use.
• Simple cleaning: scrape, rinse lightly, dry, and oil to preserve seasoning.

Can I use this griddle both indoors and outdoors?

Yes—this model is designed for flexible use on gas stoves, range hobs, gas grills, and over open-flame camp setups. Its built-in handles make transferring the hot griddle safer and easier, whether moving it from grill to table or stovetop to oven-safe zone.

• Fits most 4-burner ranges and common grill sizes.
• Side handles allow for safer transport and serving.
• Ideal for backyard BBQs, tailgates, camping, and home kitchens.
