Nite Ize Gear Tie 32" Reusable Rubber Twist Ties — Black 6-Pack, Bendable Wire, Waterproof Grip

Nite Ize Gear Tie Originals are 32-inch reusable rubber twist ties with a bendable wire core and rugged rubber jacket designed to bundle, secure, and organize gear indoors or outdoors.

These 32" Gear Ties come as a six-pack in black and combine a pliable inner wire with a durable rubber exterior to give a reliable, reusable alternative to disposable cable ties. Their waterproof rubber shell resists abrasion and retains shape while the wire core lets you form hooks, loops, and tight wraps to keep cords, camping items, or household supplies neatly stowed. Lightweight and compact, they slide into toolboxes, backpacks, or glove compartments for on-the-spot securing and organization.

How do these Gear Ties hold up outdoors and in wet conditions?

The rubber jacket provides water resistance and abrasion protection, so the ties maintain grip and appearance after outdoor use. The wire core preserves the shape you bend it into, even after repeated exposure to damp or rough surfaces.

• Waterproof rubber coating prevents moisture damage
• Abrasion-resistant exterior reduces wear from rocks and straps
• Shape-retaining wire core keeps wraps tight under tension
• Useful for tents, hoses, tarps, and outdoor gear

Can I use these for electronics and cable management at home or the office?

Yes—the flexible wire inside allows precise loops and coils that hold power cords, charging cables, and headset wires without crimping insulation. Because they’re reusable, you can adjust and reuse them as your setup changes without cutting or wasting material.

• Create neat cable bundles behind desks and entertainment centers
• Secure delicate cords without kinking or pinching
• Reuse again and again instead of single-use zip ties
• Ideal for temporary setups and frequent rearrangement

How strong and durable are these twist ties for heavier loads?

The combination of a malleable wire core and thick rubber jacket provides surprising holding strength for medium-duty tasks. They’re not engineered for structural lifting but are excellent for bundling, strapping down loose items, and keeping tools or poles aligned.

• Bendable wire offers firm closure and maintains tension
• Durable rubber exterior resists nicks and tears during use
• Good for securing bike accessories, poles, hoses, and lumber bundles
• Best for grouping items rather than bearing extreme weight

What sizes and pack options help with organization routines?

This listing is for the 32" length in a six-pack, giving long wraps for larger bundles or multiple loops on long cords. Larger lengths let you create handles, hang items, or make adjustable restraints, while the multi-pack supplies spares for different rooms, vehicles, or tool kits.

• 32" length suits large coils, bundles, and hanging loops
• Six ties provide extras for travel, home, or workshop use
• Black color offers a low-profile, professional look
• Compact storage—stays flexible in toolboxes or packs
