MerryYard 2-Pack 13x5.00-6 Flat-Free Solid PU Wheels — 13x5 No-Flat 300lb Capacity, 5/8" Bearing

MerryYard 2-pack 13x5.00-6 flat-free polyurethane wheels with steel rims replace inflatable tires so you never worry about punctures while carrying up to 300 lb per wheel.

These solid PU-foam replacement wheels are built for utility equipment: lawn mowers, garden carts, wheelbarrows, generators and more. Each wheel has a 12.2" overall diameter, 3.6" tread width and a 2.25" offset hub with a 5/8" ball bearing and grease fitting. The steel rim is powder-coated black for corrosion resistance, and the tread pattern is designed to balance traction, noise reduction and drainage.

How do these flat-free wheels differ from standard pneumatic tires?

Unlike inflatable tires that require air and can leak or burst, these MerryYard wheels use high-density polyurethane foam that holds shape under load and resists punctures. They provide consistent support without inflation maintenance and remove the risk of flats during routine yard or jobsite use.

• High-density PU foam core: no air to lose, no patching required.
• Steel rim with black powder coat for rust resistance.
• Integrated tread pattern improves grip and reduces rolling noise.
• Rated for dynamic loads up to 300 lb per wheel (not for static overloading).

Will these wheels fit my mower, cart, or hand truck?

Fit depends on hub type, hub length, bushing/bearing diameter and overall tire size. These wheels use a 2.25" offset hub and accept a 5/8" ball bearing bushing—confirm those measurements match your axle and spacer setup before ordering.

• Wheel size labeled 13x5.00-6 (also known as 13x500x6, 500-6).
• Outer diameter: 12.2"; tread width: 3.6".
• Hub offset: 2.25" with 5/8" ball bearing.
• Commonly fits lawn mowers, garden carts, wheelbarrows, small trailers and generators.

How durable and comfortable are these solid wheels in everyday use?

The PU material combines elasticity with impact resistance to absorb bumps and reduce vibration compared with hard plastic wheels. The patterned tread increases surface contact and helps with cooling and drainage, so the wheel runs cooler under load and creates less noise on hard surfaces.

• Elastic PU reduces shock transfer to equipment and cargo.
• Noise-dampening tread pattern for quieter operation.
• Resistant to scuffing—won't leave black marks on most floors.
• Grease fitting on hub simplifies bearing maintenance.

How do I install and maintain these replacement wheels?

Installation is straightforward if the hub and bearing dimensions match your axle. Slide the wheel onto the axle with the correct spacer or bushing, secure with the retaining hardware, and grease the bearing through the fitting for smoother rotation and longer life.

• Check axle diameter and bushing size before purchase.
• Use existing spacers or replace with compatible bushings for correct fit.
• Grease bearing periodically via the fitting to prevent wear.
• Do not use these wheels for highway or continuous static heavy loads.

Who is this for? These MerryYard flat-free wheels are ideal for homeowners and pros who need dependable, low-maintenance replacement wheels for lawn equipment, garden carts, small trailers and jobsite utility gear. They suit anyone wanting to eliminate flats and reduce upkeep while keeping cargo stable and quiet during transport.
