Merkia Pool Chlorine Floater Turtle — Large Capacity 5-Tablet Dispenser with Adjustable Release Ring and Anti-Aging ABS

Merkia Pool Chlorine Floater is a heavy-duty, large-capacity floating dispenser that holds up to five 3-inch chlorine or bromine tablets and delivers adjustable, consistent sanitation throughout your pool. Keep chlorine working where it matters without constant supervision: this Merkia Turtle floater combines a durable ABS anti-aging shell, a top vacuum design that resists sinking, and an adjustable release ring so you control how fast tablets dissolve. Built for both above-ground and in-ground pools, spas, water parks, and even large aquariums, the unit’s roomy interior and steady buoyancy let one fill maintain sanitizer levels for days depending on pool size and flow setting.

How does the Merkia floater regulate chlorine release?

The floater uses a rotating control ring with several openings to change the water flow that reaches the tablet chamber. Turn the ring to increase or decrease exposure and slow or speed how fast tablets dissolve, giving you simple, mechanical dosing without electronics.

• Adjustable ring with multiple openings for fine dosing
• Large interior holds up to five 3" tablets or sticks
• Even dissolution reduces sanitizer waste and hot spots

Will this dispenser stay afloat and spread sanitizer evenly?

Yes — Merkia’s top vacuum design improves buoyancy and prevents the unit from tipping or sinking, allowing it to travel freely across the pool surface and distribute sanitizer across a wide area. Its balanced shape helps it reach corners and move with pool circulation rather than getting stuck in one spot.

• Top vacuum form stabilizes flotation and prevents sink-ins
• Rounded turtle-style shell encourages even drifting
• Durable ABS construction resists warping and UV degradation

How long will one loading of tablets last in my pool?

Longevity depends on pool size, water temperature, swimmer load, and the flow setting you choose. With a lower flow opening and typical residential use, a full load of five 3" tablets can last several days to weeks; high flow settings or heavy pool use accelerate dissolution.

• Lower flow setting = slower tablet consumption
• Higher swimmer or sunlight exposure increases demand
• Large capacity reduces refills compared with 1–2 tablet floaters

Is it compatible with all pool types and tablet chemistries?

The Merkia floater is designed for broad compatibility: it accepts standard 3-inch chlorine or bromine tablets and works in above-ground and in-ground pools, spas, and other recreational water settings. Avoid placing granular chemicals directly into the chamber; use only approved 3" tablets or bromine sticks.

• Accepts up to five standard 3" tablets or bromine sticks
• Suitable for above-ground, in-ground, spa, and water-park use
• Not for use with loose granules or incompatible chemistries

This floater is built for pool owners who want low-maintenance, dependable sanitation without electronic dosing systems. If you value fewer refills, predictable chemical release, and a robust plastic shell that resists aging and UV, Merkia’s large-capacity Turtle floater is a practical choice. It’s also a good fit for families, rental properties, and facility managers who need a visible, portable sanitizer dispenser that’s easy to adjust and refill.

Merkia stands behind the product with customer support if you encounter fit or performance questions; tablets are not included, so plan to use standard 3-inch chlorine or bromine discs for best results.
