How precise is the temperature control and what range does it cover?

The thermostat provides five stepped settings, with the top range reaching approximately 356±10°F (170±10°C). Each gear increases temperature by roughly 70°F, so you can quickly choose between lower heat for slow cooking and higher heat for searing or frying.

• Five selectable temperature gears for adaptable cooking.
• Maximum setting around 356±10°F (170±10°C).
• Approximate 70°F increment between each gear.
• Thermostat cycles automatically to maintain chosen temperature.

Will this cord fit my electric smoker, griddle, or fryer?

LZXQYMX designed this replacement cord for broad compatibility, but you should confirm the probe and plug dimensions before ordering. The stainless-steel probe measures approximately 0.31 inches in diameter and 2.2 inches long; check that your appliance accepts that probe size and a standard plug fit.

• Probe dimensions: 0.31" diameter × 2.2" length.
• Rated for 15A/125V electrical systems.
• 16AWG heavy-duty power cable for common household appliances.
• Intended for use with electric smokers, griddles, and fryers that accept the probe size.

How easy and safe is it to install and use?

Installation is tool-free: plug the cord into your appliance and the wall outlet, then select the desired gear. Safety features include a Bakelite shell for heat resistance, a corrosion-resistant probe, and automatic cycling to avoid sustained overheating.

• Ergonomic handle permits straightforward plugging and unplugging.
• Built-in indicator light shows when power is active.
• Stainless-steel probe resists corrosion for longer service life.
• Thermostat cycles to maintain set temperature and reduce overheating risk.

What construction and durability features should I expect?

The cord combines a robust 16AWG cable with a stainless-steel probe and a Bakelite outer shell for long-lasting performance in hot cooking environments. These materials are selected to withstand repeated use while keeping the control handle cool enough to grip safely.

• Heavy-duty 16AWG power cord for reliable power delivery.
• Corrosion-resistant stainless-steel temperature probe.
• Bakelite shell offers heat resistance and safe handling.
• Simple plug-and-play design minimizes installation wear points.
