KiRuan Deco Finch Thistle Bird Feeder 22.4 in Yellow — 12 Ports, Flip-Top Refill & Metal Roof

KiRuan Finch Feeders for Outside is a 22.44-inch clear tube thistle feeder with 12 feeding ports, 10 metal perches, a weatherproof metal roof, and a fully detachable design for easy refill and cleaning.

This hanging tube feeder is built to attract finches and small wild birds by keeping nyjer/thistle seed dry, visible, and accessible. The transparent polycarbonate tube shows seed levels at a glance, while the flip-top refill, drainage holes, and removable parts simplify maintenance. A durable metal roof shields the seed from rain and snow so your yard stays a reliable feeding spot through changing seasons.

How does the refill system make topping up easier?

Rather than taking the whole feeder down, the top cover loosens with a knob that flips open for fast refills. This design saves time and keeps the feeder hanging in place while you add seed.

• Flip-top with knob—refill without unhooking the feeder
• Transparent tube—see seed levels to avoid surprise emptying
• Wide opening—adds seed quickly with minimal spillage

Will the feeder keep thistle and nyjer seed dry?

Yes. A weatherproof metal roof combined with drainage holes in the base prevents water accumulation and reduces clumping. Dry seed stays edible longer and lowers waste, so birds find fresh feed every visit.

• Metal roof deflects rain and snow
• Bottom drainage vents release collected water
• Dry storage reduces seed spoilage and frequency of refills

How easy is cleaning and maintenance?

All feed tray components are tool-free and come apart by hand for quick washing. Regular cleaning prolongs the feeder’s life and creates a healthier feeding area that attracts more birds.

• Quick-disassembly—no tools required
• Removable trays and perches for soap-and-water cleaning
• Transparent parts let you inspect for debris and mold

What features help small birds feed comfortably?

The feeder offers 12 ports and 10 metal perches arranged so multiple finches can feed simultaneously without crowding. Metal perches are durable for constant use and are sized to suit small-billed seed eaters.

• 12 feeding ports—more access points for group feeding
• 10 metal perches—stable landing spots for finches
• Clear tube—lets birds and watchers see seed supply
