KBZ 90° Brass Elbow Adapter 3/8" Flare Swivel — Female Swivel Flare x Male Flare, Corrosion-Resistant Right-Angle Gas Connector

This compact brass elbow provides a secure right-angle transition between two 3/8" flare fittings without cutting or reshaping your gas line. Designed with a full 360° swivel nut on the female side, the adapter is built to seat tightly against male flare fittings and reduce stress on hoses and valves when space is limited or when you need a low-profile connection.

How does the swivel flare reduce leaks and make installation easier?

The female end includes a 360° swivel nut that turns independently from the body, letting you align and tighten the connection without twisting the attached hose or tubing. This design helps achieve a proper flare contact and a consistent seal while preventing torque transfer to delicate fittings.

• 360° swivel nut for alignment without hose twisting
• Flare-seat geometry designed to compress properly for a secure seal
• Simple hand-tightening followed by a wrench snug for a reliable joint

Which appliances and applications is this 90° elbow compatible with?

The KBZ elbow is sized for 3/8" flare systems, making it suitable for many portable heaters, grills and RV catalytic heaters that use 3/8" male flare fittings. It fits Camco OlympianWave RV Wave catalytic heaters (3, 6, 8 models), various Champion Power Equipment units, and any device specified for 3/8" male or female flare connections.

• Compatible with Camco OlympianWave catalytic heaters (RV Wave 3, 6, 8)
• Works with many Champion Power Equipment and similar gas appliances
• Useful for gas grills, heaters, and appliances using 3/8" flare threads

What materials and durability features does this KBZ fitting offer?

Machined from solid brass, the elbow resists corrosion and handles the temperature ranges common to outdoor cooking and heating equipment. Brass construction also offers good mechanical strength and long service life compared with plated or lightweight alloys.

• 100% solid brass body for corrosion and heat resistance
• Durable threads and flare seating to withstand repeated installations
• Compact 90° profile to relieve hose bending and strain

How do I use this adapter to convert a straight gas connection to a right-angle one?

Turn off the gas and depressurize the line before starting. Thread the male flare into the appliance or regulator and hand-start the female swivel onto the mating male flare, then tighten to manufacturer torque recommendations while holding the opposite end steady to avoid twisting hoses.

• Always depressurize gas lines before installation
• Hand-start threads, then finish with an appropriate wrench
• Check all connections with a soap-and-water solution for leaks after installation

Who is this for: The KBZ 90° Elbow Connector is aimed at homeowners, RV owners, grill enthusiasts, and technicians who need a compact, reliable right-angle solution for 3/8" flare gas fittings. If you need to reroute a gas line, reduce hose strain, or connect a heater or grill in a confined space without modifying existing lines, this solid brass adapter offers a straightforward, durable option.
