JUJOJB Automatic Chicken Coop Door — Solar-Powered Horizontal Dual-Slide, Timer & Light Sensor, Fits Birds to 20 lb

The JUJOJB Automatic Chicken Coop Door is a solar-powered, horizontal dual-slide door with timer, light sensor, remote control, and safety detection to open and close your coop reliably for larger poultry.

Managing flock access can be time-consuming and risky at dawn or dusk; this JUJOJB door automates that process with durable aluminum construction, multiple power options, and an easy-to-use LCD interface. Designed after extensive field testing, it fits larger birds up to 20 lbs, resists weather and predators, and includes safety features that reduce trapping risks.

How does the horizontal dual-door help large breeds and low-roof coops?

The horizontal sliding design creates a wider, pinch-safer opening than typical vertical guillotine doors, so bigger chickens, ducks, rabbits, and small dogs can move freely. Because it slides sideways, it’s also perfect for coops with limited vertical clearance.

• Open passage: 11.6" x 8.6" fits birds and small animals up to 20 lbs.
• Low-headroom friendly: no overhead lift clearance required.
• Reduced pinch hazard: sliding motion avoids the chopping action of vertical doors.

What control and power options are available for reliable daily use?

The unit supports four operating modes—automatic light sensor, programmable timer, remote control (up to ~49 ft), and manual operation—so you can tailor it to seasonal changes and your routine. Power comes from solar charging with a built-in battery plus USB Type-C backup for cloudy days or emergencies.

• Light sensor: opens at sunrise, closes at sunset automatically.
• Timer: set precise open/close times on the LCD interface.
• Remote control and manual override: immediate local or remote operation.
• 3 power modes: solar, USB Type-C, internal rechargeable battery.

How does the safety detection and durability protect my flock?

The door includes sensitive obstacle detection that reopens if an animal is detected while closing, helping prevent entrapment. Built from high-grade aluminum alloy and weather-rated components, it resists deformation and predator tampering in a wide temperature range.

• Sensor reopens on obstruction to avoid trapping animals.
• Aluminum construction: corrosion and impact resistant.
• Works from about -4°F to 140°F for year-round use.

How easy is installation and which coops will it fit?

Installation is straightforward—most users finish setup in roughly three minutes with included mounting hardware and templates. The design fits wooden, metal, iron, and netted enclosures and accommodates a variety of small animal species under 20 lbs.

• Quick install: all mounting accessories included, minimal tools needed.
• Universal fit: compatible with common coop wall thicknesses and materials.
• Lifetime warranty: manufacturer support for peace of mind.
