How does this tray fit my Char-Broil grill?

The tray is engineered to match the dimensions and mounting points of Char-Broil models 463252317 and 463351015 for a hassle-free swap. It slides into the same support channels and aligns with existing hardware, so no drilling or modification is required. Installation typically takes only minutes using the grill’s existing fixtures.

• Direct replacement for Char-Broil models 463252317 and 463351015
• Matches original mounting and dimensions
• Quick, tool-free or low-tool installation

What materials and protection does the drip pan use?

This grease tray is formed from heavy-gauge aluminum and finished with a rust-resistant coating to extend service life outdoors. The sturdier sheet resists bending under heat and weight better than thinner stock pans. The coated surface reduces oxidation and helps prevent grease from bonding permanently.

• Premium heavy-gauge aluminum construction
• Rust-proof protective finish for outdoor durability
• Stiffer, longer-lasting than many OEM thin pans

Will it help reduce cleaning time after grilling?

Yes—its deep-well design and raised edges collect drips efficiently, preventing grease from spilling into the grill cavity. Because the pan contains the mess and resists baked-on residue, you can simply remove and dispose of it after it cools rather than scrubbing at the grill bottom. That saves minutes after every cook and keeps your grill interior cleaner over the season.

• Deep-well shape captures oil and food runoff
• Raised edges minimize overflow and splatter
• Designed for easy removal and responsible disposal

Can this tray withstand regular grilling and heat exposure?

Yes—the heavy-gauge aluminum construction tolerates the temperatures found under gas grill cooking grates and resists warping. The rust-resistant coating helps it stay serviceable through repeated heating and cooling cycles. While durable, it’s intended as a disposable/replacement pan to simplify maintenance rather than a permanent sealed component.

• Heat-tolerant aluminum for regular grilling use
• Resists bending compared with thinner pans
• Built to last multiple cooking seasons before replacement
