GRILLJOB 24-Inch Stainless Steel Bellow Hose, 3/8" Female Flare for Low-Pressure Propane (304 SS)

GRILLJOB 24-inch stainless steel bellow hose is a flexible, low-pressure propane extension with 3/8" brass swivel flare female fittings that replaces black rubber lines for longer-lasting, safer connections.

This 2-foot stainless steel 304 bellow hose is built for low-pressure propane and natural gas applications where a durable, flexible connection matters. Unlike standard black PVC rubber hoses, the corrugated stainless steel construction resists kinking, cracking and wear while offering a compact, pliable link between appliances and supply lines. Designed for RVs, grills, fireplaces and other outdoor gas appliances, the hose mates to 3/8" male flare fittings (OD ~5/8" UNF) and installs quickly with no special tools.

How does this hose improve on common rubber propane lines?

The GRILLJOB bellow hose uses stainless steel 304, which withstands abrasion, UV exposure and temperature swings better than black rubber. Its corrugated design maintains flexibility without stretching or softening over time, reducing the chance of leaks and sudden failure.

• Stainless steel 304 construction for corrosion and wear resistance
• Corrugated bellow profile keeps flexibility while maintaining strength
• Longer service life compared with PVC/rubber hoses
• Rated working pressure suitable for low-pressure propane systems

Will it fit my RV grill, fireplace, or heater?

This hose is fitted with 3/8" brass swivel flare female threads on both ends and is intended to connect to 3/8" male flare fittings (measured OD about 5/8" UNF). Its 24-inch length is ideal as an extension or replacement line in tight spaces commonly found in RV bays and under outdoor appliances.

• 3/8" female flare on both ends for standard male flare mates
• 2-foot length for reach without excessive slack
• Works with grills, propane fireplaces, heaters, stoves and smokers
• Simple swivel fittings for easier alignment during install

Is it safe and what are the pressure limits?

The hose is designed for low-pressure propane and natural gas applications. It carries a working pressure suitable for typical low-pressure systems and a high burst pressure for safety margin; always follow local codes and appliance manufacturer recommendations when installing gas connectors.

• Working pressure appropriate for low-pressure propane setups (0.5 PSI listed)
• High bursting pressure to provide a safety margin
• 304 stainless steel minimizes gas permeation and material degradation
• Brass swivel flare fittings provide reliable, threaded connections

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with flare fittings: thread the 3/8" female swivel fittings onto the matching male flare ends and hand-tighten, then secure per appliance instructions. Periodic visual inspections for tightness and damage are recommended; stainless construction reduces routine maintenance needs compared with rubber lines.

• Threaded 3/8" brass swivel flare fittings for quick connection
• 2-foot length reduces need for additional adapters or extensions
• Minimal maintenance—inspect for damage and test for leaks after install
• Replace if fittings or corrugations show visible wear or damage

Who is this for? The GRILLJOB 24" stainless steel bellow hose is suited to RV owners, outdoor cooking enthusiasts, and homeowners who need a dependable low-pressure propane or natural gas extension. If you want a compact, robust replacement for aging black rubber hoses—especially in confined spaces or outdoor environments—this hose delivers easier routing, better durability and peace of mind when connecting grills, fireplaces, patio heaters, smokers and similar appliances.
