Greenworks 40V Cordless Leaf Blower 500 CFM – 2.5Ah Battery Kit, Axial Fan and Variable Speed

Powerful, cordless yard cleanup: the Greenworks 40V Axial Leaf Blower delivers 500 CFM and up to 120 MPH using the included 2.5Ah battery and charger for fast, gas-free debris removal.

Designed for homeowners who want gas-like performance without fumes or pull-start hassles, this Greenworks blower uses an axial fan to produce denser airflow that moves wet leaves, grass clippings, and small debris quickly. The kit arrives ready to use with a 2.5Ah 40V battery, charger, and manual, and fits into Greenworks’ 40V battery ecosystem so the same battery can power many other outdoor tools.

How does the axial design improve blowing performance?

The blower’s axial fan concentrates air into a dense high-velocity stream, producing stronger push than typical radial designs. That results in faster clearing time and better performance on damp or compacted debris.

• 500 CFM airflow and 120 MPH top speed for heavy duty clearing
• Axial fan delivers about 35% denser airflow versus radial blowers
• Turbo button provides extra force for stubborn gravel or pine cones

What controls and comfort features help during extended use?

Smart ergonomics and speed control reduce fatigue and make it easier to manage different surfaces. A variable-speed trigger and cruise option let you dial in power, while the lightweight body and pivoting nozzle improve reach for patios and tight spots.

• Variable-speed trigger (0–120 MPH) for precise airflow control
• Cruise control to maintain steady output on long runs
• Pivoting nozzle and compact weight for gutters, decks, and sidewalks

Can one battery really power other Greenworks tools?

Yes — the included 40V battery is part of Greenworks’ 40V system, which is compatible with many lawn and garden tools. Sharing batteries reduces cost and storage, and a larger 4.0Ah battery (sold separately) extends runtime for bigger jobs.

• Included 2.5Ah 40V battery works across 75+ Greenworks 40V tools
• Swap batteries between mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and more
• Optional 4.0Ah battery clears roughly 1/2 acre per charge

What does the complete kit include and what warranty covers it?

The blower ships as a ready-to-run kit with all essentials so you can start cleaning immediately. Greenworks backs both tool and battery to give homeowners extra confidence after purchase.

• Kit contents: axial blower, 2.5Ah 40V battery, charger, user manual
• 3-year tool warranty plus 3-year battery warranty
• Easy unpacking and immediate use—no extra purchases required

Who is this for: The Greenworks 40V Cordless Leaf Blower is aimed at homeowners and property caretakers who want a lightweight, powerful electric blower that replaces small gas units for routine yard maintenance. It suits people who value quiet, low-maintenance tools, owners who already use Greenworks 40V batteries, and anyone who needs a portable solution for driveways, patios, flower beds, and light to moderate acreage. Avoid if you need pro-commercial runtime for many continuous hours without battery swaps.
