GOUTIME 27" Stainless Steel Kabob Skewers — 1" Flat Heavy-Duty BBQ Skewers, Set of 7 with Storage Bag

GOUTIME 27-inch flat stainless steel kabob skewers are heavy-duty, no-wood-handle barbecue skewers designed to hold large cuts and traditional koobideh-style meat securely while grilling.

These extra-long, 1-inch-wide flat blades were made for serious grilling: think Persian koobideh, Brazilian espetinho, shashlik and large vegetable-and-meat combinations that need stability and reach over charcoal or gas. Built from thick stainless steel and finished with a hanging hole, the set of seven skewers includes a protective storage bag so your skewers stay organized and corrosion-free between uses.

How do these skewers keep meat from spinning while you grill?

The flat, wide blade profile resists rotation inside pieces of meat and threaded kofta, unlike round skewers that allow food to twist. That stability helps you turn multiple skewers at once and achieve even char along the entire surface.

• 1-inch blade width prevents meat from sliding or spinning
• 1.5 mm thickness offers rigidity on long spans
• 27" length keeps hands away from heat and works well on large grills
• Flat edges make flipping skewers simple and predictable

What sizes and materials are these GOUTIME skewers made from?

Each skewer measures 27 inches long with a 1-inch wide, 1.5 mm thick blade, and the full set weighs about 0.7 lb per skewer. They are stamped from heavy-duty stainless steel for rust resistance and durability without any wood handles that can burn or break.

• Overall length: 27 inches—ideal for deep grills and rotisserie-style setups
• Blade width: 1 inch, for large cuts and minced-kofta shapes
• Thickness: 1.5 mm to maintain straightness under weight
• Hole at the end for hanging storage or securing with hooks

Can these skewers handle different cuisines and grill types?

Yes—these skewers were designed for versatility across many grilling styles. They work well for Persian koobideh, Turkish shish, Brazilian kebabs, and larger pieces like steaks, whole fish, or vegetable combos on charcoal, gas, or tandoor grills.

• Suitable for minced kofta, chunked meats, fish, and large vegetables
• Long reach makes them safe for deep charcoal or kamado grills
• Flat design works with grilling grates and open flames
• Durable stainless steel resists warping under heat

What extras come with the set and how should I care for them?

The set includes seven skewers and a storage bag to protect and organize them when not in use. Care is straightforward: hand wash or place in the dishwasher if recommended by your manufacturer, dry fully, and store in the provided bag to extend life.

• Set of 7 skewers—enough for large gatherings or family meals
• Protective storage bag included for transport and storage
• Hole at blade end for hanging between uses
• Dishwasher-safe stainless steel; dry thoroughly to prevent spots

Who is this for? Grill enthusiasts, backyard chefs and anyone who regularly prepares large-format kebabs will appreciate GOUTIME’s long, flat skewers. They suit cooks who need stable threading for minced or chunked proteins, hosts who work with large charcoal or gas grills, and buyers who prefer durable stainless steel tools that last and store neatly in a carry bag.
