GOFORWILD 33-Inch Metal Shepherd Hooks 2-Pack — Heavy-Gauge Alloy Steel, 3-Prong Stable Outdoor Hangers

GOFORWILD 2 Pack 33 Inch Metal Shepherd Hooks are heavy-gauge outdoor hangers designed to hold bird feeders, baskets, lanterns, and garden décor securely with weather-resistant protection.

These 33-inch shepherd hooks combine thicker alloy steel, a three-prong ground anchor, and a powder-coated finish to deliver a durable, stable hanging solution for yards, patios, and garden beds. Each hook supports up to 17.6 pounds, disassembles for compact storage, and includes a protective cap at the hook tip to limit water ingress and corrosion. The size gives items good elevation from the ground while staying low enough for easy refills and maintenance.

How sturdy are these hooks for heavy feeders and decorations?

The GOFORWILD shepherd hooks are built from premium alloy steel that’s thicker than average metal stakes, giving them higher rigidity under load. With a rated capacity of 17.6 lb per hook, they’re suitable for most bird feeders, medium planter baskets, and assorted garden ornaments.

• 17.6 lb weight capacity per hook for heavy feeders and planters
• Thicker alloy steel construction resists bending and sagging
• Powder-coated finish adds corrosion resistance for longer life

Will they stay upright in soft or uneven soil?

The three-prong base design provides a broad footprint that anchors firmly into soil and turf, improving lateral stability compared with single-stake posts. The prongs require less depth than multiple-prong bases while still resisting tipping from wind or animals.

• 3-prong base spreads load across the ground for better stability
• Works in grass, garden beds, and softer loam soils
• Shallow insertion minimizes disturbance to roots and lawn

How easy is assembly, storage, and rust prevention?

Each hook breaks down into two screw-together parts for fast assembly and compact storage during winter months. The powder-coated surface plus a sealed protective cap at the hook tip minimize water entry into the tubing, reducing the risk of internal rusting.

• Simple 2-part screw assembly — no special tools required
• Disassembles for neat off-season storage or transport
• Protective cap and powder coat reduce corrosion over time

Is the 33-inch height a good choice for my yard?

The 33" height positions feeders and planters high enough to deter many ground pests while keeping maintenance convenient. It’s tall enough for most hanging items to clear mulch and low plantings without dominating smaller garden beds.

• 33-inch overall height for elevated display and accessibility
• Clearance from ground-level critters and soil splash during rain
• Proportioned to complement patios, walkways, and flower borders

Who is this for: Gardeners, bird enthusiasts, and outdoor decorators who want a rugged but user-friendly hanging solution will appreciate these GOFORWILD shepherd hooks. They suit homeowners who need stable support for feeders, planters, lanterns, solar lights, or wind chimes and prefer an option that stores compactly and resists weathering.
