GICOOL solid wheelbarrow wheel 13.5in 4.00-6 flat-free tire 1-pack, 300 lb capacity

GICOOL's 4.00-6 flat-free wheel and tire is a 13.5-inch solid PU foam wheelbarrow wheel engineered to resist punctures and carry up to 300 lbs without inflation or maintenance.

This heavy-duty, airless replacement wheel arrives as a single-pack 13.5" diameter tire and wheel assembly designed for wheelbarrows, garden carts, and light trolleys. Built with a solid polyurethane foam tread, a reinforced welded steel rim, and sealed carbon-steel bearings, it removes the worry of flats while offering reliable rolling performance across gravel, soil, concrete and lawn. The package also includes bearing adapters and nylon spacers so you can fit a variety of hub widths and axle bore sizes.

How does this solid wheel prevent flats and stay durable?

The tire uses dense PU foam instead of an inner tube, which eliminates punctures and slow leaks. The foam material resists abrasion and tearing, maintaining shape under repeated use. The rim is welded steel for structural integrity under load and impact.

• Solid polyurethane foam tread — no air, no punctures
• High abrasion and tear resistance for longer wear
• Welded steel rim reduces risk of rim deformation

Will this wheel fit my wheelbarrow or cart axles?

GICOOL supplies two sealed carbon-steel bearings and multiple nylon spacers to adapt to common axle sizes and hub lengths. The tire is compatible with hubs that accept 5/8" or 3/4" bore diameters, and the centered hub length can be adjusted between roughly 1.75" and 5.75" using the included spacers.

• Axle bore compatibility: 5/8" (0.625") and 3/4" (0.75")
• Centered hub length range: approximately 1.75"–5.75"
• Includes two 3/4" bearings plus 0.5" and 1.5" nylon spacers

How much weight can this wheel support and what terrains is it best for?

The dynamic load capacity is rated around 300 lbs, making it suitable for single-wheelbarrow loads, garden supplies, and light utility cart tasks. The solid construction gives predictable rolling on compacted soil, gravel paths, driveways and lawns while reducing downtime from flats.

• Dynamic load capacity: 300 lbs
• Tire diameter: 13.5" (approximately 13")
• Tire width: 3.7" for stable footprint on varying ground

What assembly and maintenance should I expect?

Installation requires fitting the supplied bearings and spacers to your axle and securing the wheel to the hub — typical of most wheelbarrow wheel replacements. Because the tire is solid and airless, routine inflation checks or patching are not needed; occasional lubrication of the axle and inspection of bearings will keep it turning smoothly.

• One-pack wheel arrives ready to adapt with included bearings and spacers
• No inflation, patching, or sealant required
• Periodic axle lubrication and bearing check recommended

Who is this for: The GICOOL 4.00-6 solid wheel is ideal for homeowners, landscapers, nurseries, farmers and handypersons who want a low-maintenance replacement wheel for wheelbarrows and light trolleys. Choose this wheel if you need a puncture-proof option that fits common axle sizes, offers a 300 lb dynamic capacity, and survives rough outdoor use without frequent upkeep.
