Gas One 200K BTU Propane Burner - 200,000 BTU Outdoor Stove, Cast-Iron Burner with 0–20 PSI Regulator and Braided Hose

Designed for backyard feasts, camping gatherings, emergency prep, and hobby brewing, this propane burner blends portability with commercial-grade output. The unit pairs a cast-iron burner and a metal body with a 0–20 psi adjustable regulator and a steel-braided hose, giving you both the raw heat you need and the control to dial it back when required. It’s built for repeat outdoor use and for cooks who want a reliable, high-output surface without sacrificing safety features.

How much heat can this burner produce and how will it affect cooking times?

This single-burner stove generates up to 200,000 BTU, which heats large pots and kettles quickly and shortens overall cooking time for high-volume tasks. Expect faster boil times and efficient deep-frying thanks to the concentrated, high-temperature flame.

• 200,000 BTU maximum output for rapid heating
• Cast iron burner retains heat and distributes it evenly
• Suitable for large stock pots, turkey fryers, and brewing kettles
• Reduces fuel waste by reaching target temperatures faster

How do I control the flame and ensure a safe connection to the propane tank?

Control comes from the included regulator knob that adjusts pressure between 0 and 20 psi, letting you tailor the flame for simmering or full-power heating. The steel-braided hose with a male fitting provides a secure, leak-resistant connection to a standard propane cylinder when properly attached.

• 0–20 psi adjustable regulator for precise flame management
• Steel-braided hose reduces kinks and improves durability
• Male fitting designed for snug, leak-minimizing connection
• Turn-knob control for quick, tactile adjustments on the fly

What materials and construction features make this burner durable outdoors?

The Gas One burner uses a heavy-gauge metal housing and cast iron burner components finished with a high-temperature protective coating. Those materials resist warping and wear from repeated high-heat use and exposure to outdoor conditions.

• Robust metal body for structural stability and longevity
• Cast iron burner provides consistent, even heat distribution
• High-temp protective coating guards against oxidation and surface damage
• Compact footprint (approx. 15.5 x 15 x 12 inches) for easy transport and storage

Which cooking tasks and situations is this burner best suited for?

The burner excels when you need concentrated heat for large pots or fast temperature changes: deep-frying turkeys, boiling maple sap, wort heating during brewing, or large-batch canning. It’s also practical for campsite use, tailgates, and emergency heating where strong output and quick boil times matter.

• Turkey frying, large pot boiling, and commercial-style outdoor cooking
• Home brewing and wort heating where rapid, steady heat is required
• Camping, fishing cook-outs, and off-grid emergency meal prep
• Portable enough to transport yet rugged for repeated outdoor use

Who is this for? The Gas One 200K BTU Propane Burner is aimed at outdoor cooks and hobbyists who need powerful, dependable heat: backyard hosts who fry turkeys and cook for crowds, home brewers that require fast and consistent boil control, and anyone wanting an effective stove for camping or emergency preparedness. If you value heavy-duty construction, rapid heating, and a secure regulator-and-hose assembly, this burner offers a practical balance of performance and portability without unnecessary extras.
