GardenHOME Leaf Picker Upper scoops - 15x12 inch leaf scoops pair with adjustable handles, ergonomic non-slip grip

GardenHOME Leaf Picker Upper are oversized hand scoops that let you gather large piles of leaves, grass clippings and light yard debris quickly and without bending.

These scoop-style hand rakes combine a wide 15 x 12 inch capture surface with comfortable adjustable handles so one person can move more material in fewer passes. Made from durable plastic, the pair nests for compact storage and rinses clean after use. They’re built for homeowners, gardeners and anyone who wants to speed up seasonal leaf removal without heavy machinery.

How do these scoops speed up fall yard work?

The large scoops collect a greater volume than a standard handheld rake, letting you transfer loose leaves directly into bags, bins or compost piles. Because you scoop instead of raking repeatedly, the job takes fewer steps and less time.

• 15 x 12 inch wide capture surface picks up big clumps at once
• Pairing left and right scoops creates a stable gripping motion
• Scoop-to-bag workflow minimizes leaf scatter and extra passes
• Lightweight design reduces fatigue during longer cleanup sessions

Will these work with gloves and different hand sizes?

The handles are adjustable to fit various hand shapes and can be used comfortably with most garden gloves. The secure grip design helps keep control when moving heavier bundles of mulch or damp leaves.

• Adjustable-length handles accommodate larger hands and thick gloves
• Non-slip contours help maintain control while lifting material
• Ergonomic shape reduces grip strain during repeated use

What kinds of debris can I pick up with the Leaf Picker Upper?

These scoops are best for lightweight outdoor debris such as dry or damp leaves, grass clippings, small trimmings and loose mulch. They are not meant for heavy rocks, compacted soil or wet sod.

• Ideal for leaves, lawn trimmings and small plant cuttings
• Works on lawns, patios, driveways and garden beds
• Not intended for heavy or sharp materials that could crack the plastic

How do I store and maintain them for long life?

The scoops nest together for compact storage and include hanging holes so you can keep them off the floor in a shed or garage. Rinse with water after use and avoid prolonged sun exposure to preserve the plastic.

• Nesting design saves space on shelves or hooks
• Quick rinse-and-dry maintenance keeps them clean for composting
• Store indoors or in shade to prevent UV degradation
