Flexzilla Colors SwivelGrip Garden Hose 5/8 in. x 100 ft. — Red Clay, All-Weather Lightweight with Rotating SwivelGrip Fittings

The Flexzilla Colors SwivelGrip 5/8 in. x 100 ft. is a lightweight, all-weather garden hose with kink-resistant hybrid polymer construction and rotating SwivelGrip connections for effortless watering.

Designed by Flexzilla, this Colors-series hose pairs the brand’s proven Hybrid Polymer construction with bold earth-tone finishes like Red Clay to blend into landscapes while standing up to routine use. At 5/8 inch diameter and 100 feet long, it strikes a balance between strong water flow and manageable handling. The SwivelGrip technology separates the grip from the hose body so attachments turn easily without twisting the hose, and anodized aircraft aluminum fittings with O-rings keep connections watertight.

How does the SwivelGrip make setup and storage easier?

The SwivelGrip design lets the male and female fittings rotate independently from the hose, so you can tighten or loosen nozzles and faucets without tangling. This reduces the torque transferred down the hose, helping it lay flat and naturally release coils when unrolling.

• Independent rotating grips for simple attachment and removal
• Less twisting of the hose when turning fixtures or nozzles
• Faster uncoiling and easier reel or storage bin placement

Will this hose perform in hot summers and cold winters?

The hose uses Flexzilla’s Hybrid Polymer compound, engineered to stay flexible across a wide temperature range so it won’t stiffen in cold weather or sag under heat. Its construction resists kinking and maintains flow whether you’re watering in spring, summer, or cool weather.

• All-weather flexibility retains pliability in low temperatures
• Heat-tolerant material resists softening in high temperatures
• Zero-memory compound helps the hose lay flat after storage

How durable and leak-resistant are the fittings?

Flexzilla outfits this Colors model with anodized aircraft-grade aluminum ends and durable O-rings to create reliable, leak-free seals at connections. The metal fittings are designed to tolerate frequent attachment and removal without deforming, keeping performance consistent over time.

• Anodized aircraft aluminum fittings for corrosion resistance
• Durable O-rings at both ends for tight connections
• Hose-to-fitting interface engineered for long-term durability

What water flow and handling can I expect from a 5/8 in. x 100 ft. hose?

A 5/8 inch diameter balances steady water delivery with easier movement through the yard; 100 feet of length gives you wide coverage without overly heavy handling. The lightweight nature of the Flexzilla Colors hose makes dragging, coiling, and maneuvering around flower beds and planters noticeably easier than many conventional rubber hoses.

• 5/8" bore provides strong flow for sprinklers and sprinkling tasks
• 100 ft. reach covers medium-to-large yards without extensions
• Lightweight construction reduces strain during routine use

Who is this for? The Flexzilla Colors SwivelGrip 5/8 in. x 100 ft. in Red Clay suits homeowners and gardeners who want dependable performance with a landscape-friendly color. It’s ideal for users who value easy hookups, tangle-free handling, and a hose that remains flexible across seasons. If you frequently move hoses around beds, run sprinklers, or dislike wrestling stiff hoses, this model delivers practical features without sacrificing durability or flow.
