Eden Brothers All Perennial Wildflower Mix 1 lb — 19‑Species Non‑GMO Seed, Covers up to 4,500 sq ft

Eden Brothers All Perennial Wildflower Mixed Seeds is a 1 lb, non-GMO blend of 19 perennial species designed to establish long-lasting, mixed-color wildflower stands across up to 4,500 sq ft.

This bulk seed mix combines hardier perennials such as Shasta Daisy, Purple Coneflower, Foxglove, Black Eyed Susan and many more to create a low-maintenance meadow that returns year after year in USDA zones 3–10. The formula contains only pure seed with no fillers and is intended for outdoor planting in full sun where soils are well-drained. Because it contains a variety of species that bloom at different times, the mix provides layered color from early summer into fall and supports pollinators through changing seasons.

How much area will 1 lb of this mix cover?

One pound of Eden Brothers All Perennial Wildflower Mixed Seeds is intended to establish up to approximately 4,500 square feet of ground cover when sown at typical meadow seeding rates. Actual coverage depends on soil preparation, seeding depth and germination outcomes.

• Approximate coverage: up to 4,500 sq ft under recommended seeding conditions.
• Typical seeding: broadcast or drill at recommended rate for wildflower meadows.
• Preparation: remove aggressive weeds and loosen topsoil for best seed-to-soil contact.
• Germination: higher if planted according to directions and provided consistent moisture.

Which flower varieties are included and when do they bloom?

The mix features 19 perennial species chosen for staggered bloom times and complementary forms, including Siberian Wallflower, Shasta Daisy, Lance Leaf Coreopsis, Foxglove and Perennial Lupine. Collectively these species produce blooms from late spring through fall, creating continuous color and structure.

• Spring/early-summer: Siberian Wallflower, Lupine, Foxglove.
• Peak summer: Coneflower, Blanket Flower, Black Eyed Susan.
• Late summer to fall: Gayfeather (Liatris), Mexican Hat, Blue Flax finishing earlier season displays.
• Mixed heights and textures to support layered meadow appearance.

Will this mix support pollinators and local wildlife?

These perennial species were selected to attract bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects by providing nectar and pollen across multiple seasons. While not all plants appeal to every species, the diversity in the mix increases the chance of supporting a wider range of pollinators over time.

• Includes nectar- and pollen-producing flowers favored by bees and butterflies.
• Diverse bloom periods create continuous forage throughout the growing season.
• Perennial habit provides habitat structure and repeat blooms year after year.
• Best results when planted in sunny, well-drained locations and left to naturalize.

How should I sow and care for these perennial wildflower seeds?

Site selection and seeding technique are key: choose a full-sun location, prepare a weed-minimized seedbed, and ensure good seed-to-soil contact. Water consistently until seedlings are established, then reduce frequency to encourage deeper roots; many included species are drought tolerant once mature.

• Soil: well-drained, moderate fertility—avoid overly rich soil for best wildflower performance.
• Seeding: broadcast evenly or use a drill at recommended rate, then press seeds into soil or rake lightly.
• Watering: keep moist until seedlings are established, then taper off to mimic natural rainfall.
• Maintenance: cut back late season stems to encourage next year’s growth and reduce self-seeding if desired.

Who is this for: Gardeners and land managers who want a low‑maintenance, pollinator-friendly perennial meadow without fillers—ideal for homeowners, restoration projects, farm edges and anyone seeking long-lived seasonal color across USDA zones 3–10. This one-pound, non-GMO seed mix suits people planning large plantings who value variety, extended bloom windows and wildlife benefits.
