DXSIGN Private Property No Trespassing Sign 5x10-inch Aluminum Yard Sign with Adjustable Fiberglass Stake, Weatherproof

DXSIGN's Private Property No Trespassing sign is a weatherproof, 5 x 10-inch aluminum yard sign with an adjustable fiberglass stake that clearly deters unwanted visitors and is quick to install.

This compact, high-visibility sign was designed for homeowners and small-business owners who want a low-maintenance way to mark boundaries and reduce unwanted solicitation. Built from heavy-duty 40 mil aluminum and printed with UV-resistant inks, the sign keeps its contrast and legibility through sun, rain, and typical outdoor wear. The included foldable fiberglass stake snaps together without tools, so you can position the sign in lawn soil, mulch beds, or gravel edging in moments.

How durable is this sign outdoors?

DXSIGN uses UV-stable printing on a robust aluminum substrate to resist fading and warping. The 40 mil thickness gives the panel structural integrity while remaining lightweight for the stake mount. Expect longer legibility compared with thin plastic alternatives.

• 40 mil heavy-duty aluminum panel resists bending and rust
• UV-printed face maintains color and text clarity under sun exposure
• Weather-tolerant construction suitable for rain and wind

How easy is it to install and adjust the height?

Installation is tool-free: the sign panel inserts into a clip and the fiberglass stake assembles quickly. The stake is foldable with adjustable segments, so you can change visible height or collapse it for storage. No screws or hardware are required to get the sign upright.

• Snap‑together fiberglass stake for fast assembly
• Clip system holds panel securely in place
• Adjustable height up to 32 inches to suit lawns or beds

Will this sign work for both homes and businesses?

Yes — the clear messaging and compact profile make it appropriate for residential yards, apartment complexes, storefront edges, and property perimeters. The professional print and durable materials present a firm, legible boundary marker without appearing intrusive. It fits in planting beds, next to driveways, or along walkways.

• Compact 5 x 10-inch footprint fits small landscaped areas
• Neutral styling suitable for residential and commercial settings
• Stake mount lets you relocate the sign seasonally or as needed

How does the sign stay secure once installed?

The design uses a clip-and-stake system so the panel locks into place and resists tipping. The fiberglass stake penetrates soil for stable placement, and the lightweight panel reduces levered force in wind. For very loose ground, pairing with a deeper stake or a weighted base improves permanence.

• Panel inserts into a secure clip to minimize rattling
• Fiberglass stake provides flexible strength and shock resistance
• Option to use a secondary anchor in soft or rocky soil

Who is this for: The DXSIGN Private Property No Trespassing sign suits homeowners, landlords, property managers, and small businesses wanting a neat, durable, and easy-to-install way to discourage solicitation or mark private land. It's ideal if you need a compact, weatherproof sign that installs without tools and can be moved or adjusted through the seasons.
