How quickly does this griddle convert my Weber 22" charcoal grill?

The griddle installs in under a minute by replacing the standard cooking grate—no tools required. Its full-size form mirrors kettle openings so it sits securely and flush for safe, steady cooking.

• Direct replacement for many Weber 22.5" grates and compatible kettles
• Tool-free swap: lift out grate, set in griddle, start cooking
• Stable, low-profile rim prevents wobble or sliding

What kinds of food can I cook on this flat top?

The flat surface is ideal for items that need even contact and fast searing—breakfast fare, sandwiches, and burger smash-style cooking all work well. Because it spreads heat evenly, you can cook multiple portions at once for family meals or small gatherings.

• Pancakes, eggs, bacon, and full breakfast spreads
• Smashed burgers, grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, and stir-fry
• Large-capacity surface enables cooking several items simultaneously

What materials and care steps keep the griddle performing long-term?

Made from high-quality, quick-heating metal with a nonstick surface, the griddle is built for durability and easier cleanup. Simple seasoning and care ensure the cooking surface remains nonstick and rust-free over time.

• Wash with warm soapy water before first use and oil lightly
• Use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to protect the surface
• Preheat on low, avoid sustained extreme heat (suggested max below 280°C)
• Wipe warm with mild soap, dry, and apply thin oil before storage

Which grills and models is this griddle compatible with?

This full-size insert fits the majority of 22" round charcoal grills, including many Weber 22.5" models and select Napoleon and Slow 'N Sear kettles. Check model references if you use a less common kettle to confirm fit.

• Compatible with Weber Master-Touch, Performer Deluxe, Original Kettle, Jumbo Joe, and similar 22.5" kettles
• Fits Napoleon PRO22/NK22 and many Slow 'N Sear 22" kettles
• Matches common Weber part numbers and standard 22" opening dimensions
