How do I confirm this part matches my engine before buying?

Matching the armature requires checking your engine’s model plate and the OEM part number of the original ignition coil. Look for the part number stamped on the old module or consult the engine’s manual to avoid ordering the wrong piece.

• Locate OEM part number on the old coil or engine manual.
• Compare mounting holes and lead connector positions visually.
• Verify engine series (e.g., 19K400, 19E400) and model code ranges listed above.
• Contact a parts dealer with your engine model if unsure.

What are the installation and compatibility considerations?

Installation is typically a bolt-on swap, but procedures vary by engine. Ensure the ignition gap, flywheel alignment, and grounding are set according to your engine’s service manual for reliable performance.

• Use the engine manual for correct air-gap and torque specs.
• Ensure proper orientation of the mounting flange and connector leads.
• Inspect flywheel key and magnet alignment before final assembly.
• Test spark and wiring insulation after installation.
