Clean BBQ Disposable Aluminum Grill Liners — 12 Pack (12 x 20 in), 3 mil Heavy-Duty Sheets for Easy Cleanup and Preserved Sear

These are single-use aluminum grill liners that sit on your grates to simplify cleanup while preserving authentic char and searing.

Clean BBQ Disposable Aluminum Grill Liners are heavy-duty 3 mil sheets sized 12 x 20 inches and sold as a pack of 12. Designed for grills with straight bars, each liner conforms to the cooking surface to catch drips and residue, letting smoke and sear through so food still develops a grilled flavor. Made in the USA, the liners are meant to reduce scrubbing, lower cross-contamination from prior cooks, and speed post-grill clean up.

How do these liners keep my grill cleaner without affecting flavor?

The liners act as a barrier between food and old residue while being thin enough to allow flames and smoke to pass through small gaps. That means juices can still drip away and char can form, so you get the taste of direct-fire cooking with less buildup on the grate.

• 3 mil thickness prevents tearing while allowing sear and smoke transmission
• Catches grease and food particles to minimize stuck-on residue
• Designed for straight-bar grates to maintain flame contact with food

Will food stick to these disposable aluminum liners?

Like any metal surface, food can adhere if the liner isn't prepped. Lightly oiling the liner before cooking creates a nonstick layer and helps food release cleanly after searing. This small step improves results for proteins and vegetables alike.

• Recommend a thin coating of cooking oil before placing food
• Works well for burgers, fish, vegetables, and chicken when oiled
• Helps preserve presentation and reduce tearing of delicate foods

How easy is cleanup and disposal after grilling?

Cleanup is straightforward: once cooled, the liners hold collected grease and char so you can roll them up and discard. That cuts down on the need for wire-brush scrubbing and can shorten post-cook maintenance significantly.

• Cool, roll up, and throw away — no soaking or scraping required
• Reduces frequency of intense grate-cleaning sessions
• Single-use design for quick turnaround between cookouts

What grills and cooking styles are these liners best suited for?

These sheets are built for grills with straight bars where the liner can lay flat and hold position. They suit direct-flame cooking where you still want smoke and sear. Avoid grills with curved or widely spaced grates that prevent stable contact.

• Fits most gas or charcoal grills with straight grill bars
• Ideal for direct grilling of steaks, burgers, veggies, and fish
• Not recommended for heavily domed or irregular grate patterns
