CIEOVO 6 x 6 ft Camping Tent Carpet Mat - Dark Gray Waterproof Felt Top, PVC-Backed Durable Outdoor Rug

CIEOVO's 6 x 6 ft camping tent carpet is a waterproof, felt-top ground mat designed to protect your tent floor from moisture, sand and wear while adding a soft, reusable layer of comfort.

Lightweight and durable, this dark gray tent carpet blends a soft felt surface with a waterproof PVC backing to create a versatile outdoor rug for camping, picnics, car maintenance and more. Sized at approximately 6.16 x 6 ft, the mat can be laid under a tent, used inside for added comfort, or trimmed to custom dimensions. It’s machine-friendly for easy cleaning and stores compactly in a pack or car trunk.

How does this mat protect my tent from moisture and grit?

The CIEOVO mat combines an absorbent felt top with a waterproof PVC underside to form a barrier against ground dampness and loose debris. The felt traps fine particles while the PVC prevents liquids from reaching the tent floor, reducing wear and helping keep interiors cleaner.

• Felt top absorbs surface moisture and collects sand.
• Waterproof PVC backing stops ground moisture from seeping through.
• Non-slip backing minimizes shifting underfoot or under a tent footprint.
• Reduces cleaning and maintenance for tent floors over time.

Will the 6 x 6 ft size work with my tent and can it be customized?

The mat measures about 6.16 x 6 ft, a common dimension for small to medium tents and vestibule areas. If the standard size doesn’t fit your layout, the felt construction cuts easily with scissors or a utility knife so you can trim it to match any footprint or vehicle space.

• 6.16 x 6 ft nominal dimensions fit many compact tents and vestibules.
• Cut-to-fit design lets you adapt the mat to odd shapes or smaller tents.
• Lightweight and portable for quick deployment and packing.
• Works equally well inside the tent for extra comfort and insulation.

How do I clean and maintain this outdoor rug?

Cleaning is straightforward: shake off loose debris, rinse with a hose, or scrub gently with mild soap and water. The materials are chosen for repeatable use, so the mat dries quickly and resists abrasion from regular outdoor activities.

• Shake or brush off sand and dirt before rinsing.
• Hose down or spot-clean with mild detergent for tougher stains.
• Air-dry flat to preserve the felt texture and PVC backing.
• Store rolled or folded in a dry place to prevent mildew.

What other uses can this rug serve besides under-tent placement?

Beyond tent flooring, the CIEOVO mat doubles as a picnic rug, car repair pad, barbecue mat, treadmill protector or a durable layer for a storage shed floor. Its combination of a soft top and waterproof backing makes it a flexible, multi-purpose solution for many indoor and outdoor tasks.

• Picnic blanket that resists damp grass and spills.
• Protective underlay for exercise equipment or barbeque grills.
• Work surface for vehicle maintenance or DIY projects.
• Temporary floor covering for storage sheds or carports.

Who is this mat for? Campers, van-lifers, weekend picnickers and anyone needing a low-cost, reusable ground barrier will benefit from the CIEOVO 6 x 6 ft camping tent carpet. It’s especially useful for outdoor enthusiasts wanting a soft underfoot layer that reduces moisture intrusion and sand while remaining easy to clean, trim and transport.
